Healing Your Mind!

Affirmations:
I give my mind to my highest Good.
I change my mind to what I really want.
I choose love, not fear.
I heal with forgiveness and love.

Healing Your Mind!

What do you have in mind
What do you hold in your mind?
What do you focus on?
How do you believe your mind works?

You create with your thoughts.
What you hold in mind will create what is the like kind.
What we think is what we conceive and believe and achieve.
The thoughts on which we attend are what we seek to be.

Do you believe what you have been taught?
Do you understand the source of your beliefs?
Are you aware of the power of your thoughts?
Do you know what holds your thoughts in place?

The mind seeks being right about what you believe.
The attitude you have is the energy which holds your desires.
What you want to be you will seek to find and continue itself.
We all take positions and opinions which we fight for being.

It is time to lift your mind to the Higher Mind.
Think thoughts which inspire and create inspiration.
Choose to change your attitude to what you want to be.
Use your mind to affirm what is highest and best for you.

We can use the mind to create.
We can use the mind to affirm.
We can use the mind to heal.
We can use the mind to achieve.

What we seek, we will find.
What we believe, we can achieve.
What we create, we can manifest.
The gratitude we hold, we empower.

Change your mind and change your life.
Choose what is best for you.
Choose what inspires you.
Choose what you really want.

This is your life.
This is what you are responsible for.
You can heal it all.
You can learn from your mistakes.

Healing my mind blesses my life.

THE 12 PRINCIPLES OF ATTITUDINAL HEALING
By Jerry Jampolsky, MD and ACIM

1.       The essence of our being is love.
2.       Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.
3.       Giving and receiving are the same.
4.       We can let go of the past and of the future.
5.       Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.
6.       We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.
7.       We can become love finders rather than fault finders.
8.       We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.       We are students and teachers to each other.
10.    We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11.    Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.    We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.

Attitudinal Healing
affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
