Affirmations:
I see what I want to see.
I see what I believe.
I prefer to see the opening and the possibility.
I choose to see things more expansively.
What
Do You Know?
How
do you know what you know?
Who do you trust to
know what you think you know?
Are you aware of
your sources and resources?
I love to learn what
we think we know.
I
recognize I don’t really know anything more than what others want me to know.
I have an intuitive
sense of what is beneath the knowing.
I can feel the
energy of mystery, deceit, cover up, uncertainty and questioning.
The child in me
wants to believe and so I allow myself to consider what is believable.
More
often than not I “know” or think I know based on what I have experienced.
At this time, I have
opened my mind to “not know”. and am willing to learn.
I hear what people
say.
I trust what people
try to “sell”.
I value what people
believe in.
But mostly I get
what people have chosen to believe.
I
understand that I can be fooled.
I have experienced
being surprised and even shocked.
I know what is being
preached and taught and even demanded.
I look more at the
underlying belief rather than the facts.
When
we are passionate, we often sell our beliefs.
When we are fearful,
we often demand others believe like us.
When we are hopeful,
we try to inspire others to agree with us.
When we are
ignorant, we often listen only at the surface.
I
love to be inspired.
I like to know what
you believe.
I prefer to be
happy.
I believe things
will improve as we learn to make wise, conscious and helpful choices.
Life
experiences have shown me that I am trusting and even gullible.
Hope and optimism
have given me a positive viewpoint.
I shine a light on
everything to see more from which to discern.
I prefer to look on
the bright side to be enlightened.
The
more I see, the more I know from which I can respond.
The more I forgive
my judgments, the more I can trust and free.
The more is trust
and free us all, the more we seem to be able to choose.
Let us
all choose to listen, learn, love and let go.
Loving
us as we learn to trust and choose freely what to believe.
