Affirmations:
I celebrate joy in life.
I use any excuse to celebrate love.
Every time we connect with another is a blessing.
In the days of greater darkness, we can remember that “all is well”.
Winter
Solstice
The
celebration of winter solstice is a time to recognize changing light and
seasons.
As we officially
enter winter with less daylight and more dark, we remember light comes from
within.
We learn to look for
the light and listen to our inner light.
As we celebrate the
season of Light, we seek the light within ourselves and others.
Joy
is Light.
Gratitude
is Light.
Wisdom
is Light.
Love
is Light.
And
so it is we seek the Light and delight in what we see and can be.
The Light of the
solstice is remembered in the white snow of winter, sparkling in the moonlight.
The Light of
Christmas with the Star of Bethlehem, Christmas trees lights bring happy
reminders.
The eight nights of
Chanukah awaken the miracles of our faiths as they bring joy and insight.
Even the light of
Kwanza opens my heart to remembering true community outreach and compassion.
In
winter, a time of rest and renewal, we are called to sit by the fire, reflect
quietly and enjoy the peace.
During times of greater
darkness we can share with friends and neighbors, read more and feel warm
inside.
In times of less
sunlight and warmth, we are called to conserve our energy.
When there is
scarcity of needed fuel, food and heat resources, we are to preserve what we have.
Natural
responses to the changes in nature teach us when to conserve what we have.
We are learning to
respond to our resources of time, money and energy.
We are taught by
nature and the environmental changes as well as the changing times.
We can learn with
ease through openness and willingness or with stress through our resistance and
ignorance.
We
waste of energy to complain.
We increase our
resources with appreciation.
We heal our
judgments with optimum forgiveness.
We enjoy the changing
seasons when we respect their uniqueness.
The
same is true with the changes in people and circumstances.
When we react with
fear and judgment, pushing to do it our way, we meet resistance.
When we respond with
love and acceptance, allowing what is to be, we enjoy what we have.
We can learn and
benefit from all things, whether we like them or not.
Consider
reflecting on what is.
Allow all judgments
to be forgiven.
Sincerely learn and
benefit from everyone and everything.
Remember your
perception and appreciation make all the difference.
Our
openness and acceptance dissolve all fear.
Choose wisely the
perceptions you hold.
Notice what works
for you.
Loving you and all
of us,
Betty Lue
Healing Our Projections =>
Seeing Only Wholeness
1.
We perceive what we believe.
2.
We believe what we think we are.
3.
If I believe I am my past, then I believe you are your past.
4.
Believing in my past is to see and live it over again in all I see
and do and am.
5.
Believing in your past is to remember it and continue to blame you
for it.
6.
The more I feel guilty about my past, the more I place blame on you.
7.
All anger is my guilt projected onto others.
8.
To forgive my past is to release it.
9.
To release is to see it no more.
10.As
I release my past, I release others from my projected guilt and self-judgment.
11.
As I see myself whole, I see wholeness in others.
12
.As I heal my guilt about past mistakes, I heal my fear of the future.
13.
To be in the present is to heal (erase) the past.
14.
As I live in the present and love myself as I am now, I like you in the present
and see you as you are now.
15.
In this present moment, there is only Love for ourselves, each other and all
that is.
