Afraid to Love and Trust?

Affirmations:
I let go with love.
I forgive and erase with Love.
I undo what is not true and return to my natural state of Love.
I love to Love for it offers me the joy and peace I want.

Love Goodness and Kindness!

Why are people threatened by Love?
What is there a fear of God and Goodness?
What keeps people away from being faithful?
Why do you distrust those who are generous and kind?

Years ago I watched people turn away from Love ItSelf.
I have seen how humanity doesn’t trust in Good People.
We all know of the crucifixion stories? Jesus, Ghandi, MLKing and more.
Is there a fear of loving and losing what you Love?

Do we doubt Love because we feel guilt about our own forgetfulness?
Do we distrust happy loving people because we are jealous or projecting our own failings?
What keeps us from being innocent, trusting and open as a child or newborn deer?
It is time that we forgive ourselves for being unwilling to freely love and be loved.

Innocent love asks nothing and gives everything.
True love is constant and unconditional.
Love is our essential natural state.
Goodness and kindness emanate from within us naturally.

Loving kindness is our life force.
It empowers and sustains us.
Love is our creative unfailing essence.
It never quits and continues through all time.

Love created us as love for the purpose of loving.
Love is our natural protection as it provides safety and support.
Love is the way we seek to relate with one another.
Loving is what sustains our homes communities, nations and all humanity.

Hurtful experiences, media exposure, catastrophic stories and parental warnings teach us to fear.
When we are punished for trusting, loving and being kind and generous, we withhold our true nature.
When we cannot forgive and begin to learn to distrust, restrict and fear love, we forget what is real.
When we can no longer be free with our love, trust, and generosity, we lose our freedom to be.

The natural desire for connection is lost and we forget who and what we are meant to be.
As we forgive our fear of loving, we begin to see we can choose who and how we want to be.
We let go of the past and choose again for our natural desire to help with kind generosity.
Give all you have for the joy of sharing and caring.

Recognize how fulfilling and enriching open unconditional love can be.
We no longer give ourselves away, but expand who we are and how much we care.
We trust in the love within us and freely give without martyrdom or sacrifice.
We learn to let go of fear and Love Again and again.

Love is our healing and our peace.
Loving you always,
Betty Lue

and I know you love me too.

LOVE IS FREEDOM
The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.
The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.
The freedom to express our own truth as we see it.

LOVE IS TRUST
The trust that there is a constant flow of love,
no matter what.
The trust that, in spite of life’s problems,
we believe in and support each other’s right
to live as we choose.
The trust that in adversity,
there is healing and learning and gifts of love.
The trust that under conflict and emotional expression,
there is love

I love you and I trust you.
I free you to be all you are.
