Focus on appreciation and creation, which creates solutions that feel right.
When we affirm what we want with our thoughts and feelings, we create it.

Energy offers equal opportunity choices for our focus.
Where we choose to use our energy, we get more of the same.
When we focus on the experience we want, we create the experience.
When we focus on the experience we do not want, we have more of the same.

How we use our thoughts is our responsibility.
How we use our words is likewise our choice.
How we behave in every circumstance is what we have chosen, even unconsciously.
The results we achieve are the direct outcome of our thoughts, words and deeds.

We can change our minds.
We can choose our thoughts.
We can change our emotions.
We can change how we feel.

We are only limited by the beliefs we hold.
We are unlimited when we free ourselves from being stuck in what we believe.
When we open our minds to see the infinite possibilities, we seek the limitless.
When we reveal a field of infinite choice, we are free.

Taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and behavior is freeing.
Taking responsibility for our experiences can feel overwhelming.
With practice, we can free ourselves to reveal the power and peace of the infinite.
With forgiveness we can set aside and erase all that we have believed limited us.

Be optimistic and you will see life differently.
Be at choice in how you think and feel and perceive and you will live life differently.
Be appreciative of the life you have and your will live life abundantly.
This is your time to choose always and only creative solutions with joy.

Twelve Daily Steps To Optimistic Living
1. Focus on my successes rather than on my failures.
2. Notice that which I have accomplished rather than that which I’ve left undone.
3. See and acknowledge my beauty rather than focusing on my imperfections.
4. Notice and acknowledge all the times I’ve followed the optimum conditions,rather than judging myself for the times I have not.
5. Acknowledge all my wins each and every day.
6. Create and maintain an environment that nurtures me.
7.  See problems as opportunities to learn from rather than as obstacles to avoid.
8.  Tell the whole truth on a moment to moment basis in order to maintain impeccable and loving relationships.
