How Much Do You Care?

Affirmations:
I care about everyone and everything, including myself.
I easily give my very best to all around me.
I care enough to do the work with ease and grace.
I create Good with all my caring.

Do you care enough to clean up your relationships?
Do you care enough to take care of your health?
Do you care enough to handle all your finances?
Do you care enough to be a good worker?

We seem to find a new sense of caring around the holidays.
How about caring everyday with everyone all the time?
It may be that we think caring is just done on special occasions.
Or perhaps we have not cared well enough for ourselves.

I care.
I care about my mind and body, my gifts and talents, the work I do.
I care about my family and friends, clients and students, my centers and staff.
Yes, I care about you.

Even when I don’t know you, I care.
I dare to care with my heart and mind, my time and energy, because you are my world.
Every time I forsake, ignore or diminish even one brother or sister, I have depleted Love in my world.
Our family, the family of humanity is in need of care.

Our care needs to be with everything we have and all that we are.
Our care must be for the youngest and the oldest, the rich and the poor.
Our care must be for the smartest and the wisest, the challenges and the confused.
Our care must be for every creature, large and small.

We must learn to LOVE them all.
Love is the way we talk to one another.
Love is the way we work for one another.
Love is the way we care for one another.

When we first take impeccable care of ourselves, we can easily afford to care for others.
When we neglect or deny another, we have neglected or denied them all.
Each one is important, no matter what they do or have done.
Everyone matters, because all are in our world.

Caring is sharing and working.
Caring is teaching and learning.
Caring is giving and receiving.
Caring is listening and responding.

Take time to make every relationship healing and holy.
Take time to make every place, better because you have been there.
Take time to create sounds you want the world to hear.
Take time to give always and only to the Good in the World.

This you can do, with safety and ease and Joy.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

LOVE
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
  how deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

 If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.

Love always Love!
Dare to care about you!!
Then You can care for everyone, too.
