Affirmations:
I live abundantly in all I am and do and see.
Life is my script for success.
I release all that does not entertain, serve and bless.
I create my own reality with what I think and do and see.
To live
abundantly requires only that I Love
To live
abundantly requires that I learn.
To live
abundantly requires that I laugh.
To live
abundantly requires that I be happy.
“Live, Love,
Laugh and Be Happy.”
Yes, The red, red
robin comes bob-bob-bobbn’ along.
If you know that
song, you will understand how I live.
When we are fully
alive and in love, life becomes abundant with happiness.
Yes, I work and
work with intention and intensity.
Yes, I love and love
strong with intention and focus.
Yes, I learn and
learn well with intention and appreciation.
Yes, I laugh and
laugh heartily with enjoyment and delight.
Life seems always
like a gift to me for me to see what is mine to be.
Life is a mirror for
you to view what is true in you.
Life is the place to
find our space to see our own face to see.
Life is the
opportunity to choose what we will use or lose or be confused.
When we live, we
can step in or out of life.
When we live, we can
be anything we really want to be.
When we live, we can
not care or dare to share what really matters.
When we live, give
our all and have a ball by answering our call and playing our part.
All of us actors
on the stage of life.
Each one is
directing our own drama, adventure, science fiction, romance or comedy.
As we write the
script, we may try out the staging, lighting, makeup and sounds
When we are done
with one role, we can shift and take on another as we wish.
What does it
take to live abundantly?
What does it take
to realize your choices?
What does it take
to understand you are creator and at choice?
What does it take
to forgive and complete and choose again?
We learn as we
go.
We laugh when we
flow.
We love what we show.
We live abundantly
when we know.
All is well in
each of our lives.
Some suffer and some
comfort.
Some survive and
some thrive.
Some victimize and
some empower.
What will it
take for you to set yourself free to see, you can choose again and again?
Love
never ends.
Laughing
is good for the soul, mind and body.
Learning
is really remembering what you already know.
This
is abundant living.
So enjoy it!

Goodness in All That Is,

The 12 Principles of Attitudinal
Healing
1.
The essence of our being is love.
2.
Health is inner peace, healing is letting
go of fear.
3.
Giving and receiving are the same.
4.
We can let go of the past and of the
future.
5.
Now is the only time there is, and each
instant is for giving.
6.
We can learn to love ourselves and others
by forgiving rather than by judging.
7.
We can become love finders rather than
fault finders.
8.
We can choose and direct ourselves to be
peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.
We are students and teachers to each other.
10.
We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11.
Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.
We can always perceive others as either extending love or
giving a call for help.
Attitudinal
Healing
affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we
experience.
Attitudinal
Healing
encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present
by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal
Healing
reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
