is about letting go and not accumulating more.

in life is about finding what is true for us.
Much of our problems
in life comes from have too many worries.
Much of our upsets,
fears and worries is trying to control too many pieces.
It is valuable to
clarify what is ours to do.
It is worthwhile to
let go of the pettiness and focus on our highest values.
When we are doing
our own calling and living in integrity, what we have takes care of itself.
When we are living
with trust and freedom, non judgment and open-mindedness, life simply works.
I stop, listen
and look again when it seems there may be a problem.
Every upset is a
wakeup call.
Every worry is a
lack of trust.
Every unhappiness is
a speed bump.
Life plays its
part as a clear reflection of where we have gotten off course.
When we pay
attention we can see what is not “right” for us and choose again.
When we listen to
our inner voice, our intuition or gut feelings, we know ahead of time.
When we neglect to
pay attention or honor our inner sense, we experience an upset or block.
Maintaining your
home allows you to receive any guest with honor.
Maintaining your car
allows you to be available to any need or request.
Maintaining you
family allows you to feel safe and secure in their love.
Maintaining your
health allows you to trust in your body’s ability to support your life.
Maintain your job
with dependable and responsible work.
Maintain your
finances with adequate savings and responsible expenditures.
Maintain your
relationships with respectful communication and kindness.
Maintain your
freedom and trust with keeping your agreements with yourself and others.
A Good Life
requires that we be awake and responsible for all we have and who we are.

To
clear out toxins and purify the system requires a willingness to eliminate
toxic thoughts, activities, relationships as well as foods from your system.
Flushing the system clean is aided with water, fresh air, gentle movement
and forgiveness.
REST

rest and relax your mind and body are invaluable to being refreshed and
revitalized.
