The Time Is Now!

Affirmations:
I live my best right now.
Life is my opportunity to heal and learn, to grow in love now.
Everyday in everyway I am better and better, wiser and truer.
I quickly and easily relinquish fear and return to love.

There is time to say “thank you.”
There is time to speak your “peace”.
There is time to say “ I love You.”
There is time to experience release.

The time we have is NOW.
Right now in this quantum forever moment.
We can speak through all eternity to everyone everyone.
We can share our care and dare to change all time.

What would you change?
Change it now.
What would you heal?
Heal it now?
What would you undo?
Release it now.
What would make true?
Make it true now.

Stop letting what seems to have been done, be done.
It is not finished until you quit.
Stop allowing history to determine your future.
Change it now with your change of choice.

People seem to build mountains out of molehills.
People often take someone else’s word for it.
People believe you cannot go back.
People make up what others’ think is gospel.

What you believe, you make so for you.
Your attitude determines your choices.
To be a victim makes you weak and impotent.
To be responsible makes you strong and capable.

Look around and listen within.
Make a list of all those you seek to make amends.
Make a list of all you wish to return to love.
Make a list of everyone you choose to see as whole.

Life is not a body game.
It is a game of letting go, learning and transformation.
Life is the opportunity to choose for lasting change.
Life is  the place of healing and return to holiness.

Give every moment the very best of your love.
Give today to make right where you thought there was wrong.
Believe it can be renewed in peace and gratitude.
Speak words of gratitude and grace for all.

Loving you right now and now and now.

There Is No Medicine

There is not a medicine, herb, ointment or potion that can compare to the power of love and forgiveness for healing the body, emotions, mind and soul.

Love and forgiveness must be present before true healing can occur.  By consciously choosing love and forgiveness,  we can free ourselves of the blockages commonly known as pain and dis-ease.

Forgiveness opens the door for love to enter.  When you choose to forgive yourself, you naturally let go of guilt.  You are then free to love yourself and life more fully.  When you find it in your heart to forgive another person, you will naturally let go of resentment and anger.  You are then free to love that person more fully, and will experience greater harmony in all of your relationships.

This is the basic formula necessary for healing ourselves on an individual level and for healing our world on a global level.
