Affirmations:
I value the choices I make.
I exercise my mind to follow what I Will.
I know what I want and I go for it.
Life works for me when I choose it to be so.
Today is the
first day.
Right now is the
moment.
Every minute you are
changing.
You can begin right
now.
If you believe
it is hard to change, it will be hard.
If you think it
will take a long time, it will take time.
If you have heard
there will be many challenges, you will be right.
If you think you
will fail, you will fail.
What you think,
you will believe and see.
What you think is
your programming and you will succeed.
What you tell
yourself, you will buy into.
What you keep saying
to yourself and to others becomes You.
“As a man
thinketh, so is he”
We can change
our thoughts if we do not like them.
Changing thoughts
requires WILL.
Choosing again for
what you WILL, requires your willingness.
Doing the work of
change does require changing your mind.
Many would rather
not fail by holding opposing thoughts, so they go along with what the mind
holds.
What the mind
believes will be a product of many other minds and commonly held beliefs.
When we choose to
master our mind, we can change our mind and our thoughts and our experience.
To begin exercising
and exorcising your mind, you must warm up and stretch.
Stretch your mind by
taking it slow with a few affirmations and a little erasing.
Letting Go is
Fun, safe and easy.
I easily
delete any thoughts that are not what I want to experience.
My mind works
for me.
When thoughts are
mastered by letting your mind be yours to change, exercise for Good.
I choose what
I want and it is so.
I trust the
choices that I make.
What is best
for me is best for all.
Because the mind
is so active, it may be time to put in a support and backup plan.
My mind
automatically holds only thoughts that are true and loving.
My mind guides
my thoughts, words and behavior to serve the Highest Good.
I lead my
thoughts to speak and act in ways that are Good for all.
Life is ours to
choose with our thoughts and words and behavior.
Our conscious and
unconscious thoughts generate feelings.
Our thoughts and
feelings are often acted out in behaviors and experiences.
Our experiences
often create more thoughts, feelings and actions.
With forgiveness
( an eraser filled with Love) and affirmations ( positive thoughts to erase the
negative), we can change our lives quickly and easily.

program below for immediate change and appreciate yourself.
