Life in a Body on this Planet Earth

Affirmation for you: “My Whole Life Matters.”

It seems we each have our own experience here on Earth.
Some seem to have it easy and some seem to be suffering.
Some seem to flow easily as they let go of heartache and trauma.
Some seem to struggle with their losses and stay hurting and afraid.

It would appear that when we are open and willing, we see the light beyond the storm.
It seems that when we trust in a Higher Good, we keep looking for the blessings and learning.
Some stay in faith with a Higher Power and a greater Good.
Some feel confident that our life and meaning and is never in vain.

I also appear that when we are closed, judging and stuck, we see only the darkness in our minds.
It seems that when we cannot trust in the essential Good in ourselves, we believe in evil or nothing.
Some stay in loss and lack and limitation and cannot find their way to the Light.
Some lose faith in anything or anyone and live needing only to survive with temporary pleasure.

When we appreciate, we increase what we value.
When we deny or denigrate or judge, we get stuck with whatever holds our attention.
Where we place our energy, we feed with our focused attention, both positive and negative.
We feed and strengthen what we perceive, what we judge, what we value.

Some practice the art of changing their mind and their focus.
Some use massive forgiveness, cleansing their minds of everything harmful and unloving.
Some refuse to take responsibility for the happening in their lives.
Some simply use their creative potential with every thought (visualization), words (affirmation) and deeds (act of service), to create always and only good for themselves, and all others.

What would it be like to practice and observe how your life really works for you?
What would you do differently if you knew you can master the art of learning, letting go and loving?
How could you change your mind to always seek and find the most loving way?
What do you need to let go, erase and forgive to live your life with meaning and purpose?

Consider changing your thinking.
Experiment with changing your thoughts and your words.
Observe how everything seems to look, feel and respond differently.
Notice how you have the power to choose, to change, to communicate in whatever way works for you.

Your words matter to me and to everyone you encounter,
Your thoughts matter to you and your life experience.
Your behavior matters to all who know you and to future generations.
Your whole life really matters!

Loving you,
Betty Lue

The 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing

1.       The essence of our being is love.
2.       Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.
3.       Giving and receiving are the same.
4.       We can let go of the past and of the future.
5.       Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.
6.       We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.
7.       We can become love finders rather than fault finders.
8.       We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.       We are students and teachers to each other.
10.    We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11.    Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.    We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.

Attitudinal Healing affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
