What Holds You Back?

What is keeping you from being, doing and giving your All?
What is the heaviness, disability, pain or excuse you are using to stop yourself?
What is your reason for not forgiving, forgetting and undoing old regrets and resentments?
What are the stories you keep retelling to stay stuck in the unhealed stuff of your family?

Are you willing to heal what is not real but a ghost you hold in your mind?
Are you willing to stop allowing your body to be your truth teller, leader and guide?
Are you open to revealing what unconscious wounds you have allowed to hold you stuck in pain?
Are you ready to let the Real You heal You and lead you to full Self realization and actualization?

I Am.
The I Am in me and you is calling to emerge from the excuses and resistance of past programming.
The I Am in us must trust there is a higher and better way to be to set us free to live our Ideal.
The waiting will end when we become aware of what and whom we are waiting for.

Awareness with Peace and non judgment is healing.
To reveal is to heal.
When we allow unconscious thoughts, feelings, beliefs, upsets  and unhealed memories to hold us hostage, in our bodies and our emotional beliefs, we feel victimized, helpless and stuck.
When we are willing to wake up, to realize our limitlessness, to trust in our freedom and to love ourselves well, we will release what is unconscious and claim our potential and our power.

Now is the time to recognize what you are allowing to hold you back, and set yourself free.
Now you can open your mind to see how you are neglecting the Goodness and Greatness within.
Now you can choose to undo everything that is not true except in your self-made faulty thinking.
Now you can stop telling yourself the stories and myriad of excuses why you cannot do and be……

Each of us has our own area of complaint…or what isn’t fair….or what holds us back.
Each of us has our own belief in our “humanness” and human limitations.
Each of us has a way we seek to belong, to fit in, to do what our parents did and to believe societal norms.
Each of us has unconsciously gone along to get along with friends, family, partners, employers.

We have used illness to be our excuse for taking time off when we are tired.
We have used disability as our excuse for not working when we don’t like our job.
We have used weight as our excuse to slow down or sit and wait for something or someone.
We have used lack of money, education, experience as our reason for not stepping up to what we desire.

Excuses, logic, justifications, explanations cover a myriad of choices we have made unconsciously.
Most of us have a litany of reasons why we are not doing what we want to do, masking our unhappiness.
We often have allowed our bodies, our parents, respected authorities to tell us what we can do.
We sometimes have claimed our limitation and lack is real and we cannot choose to go for it……

Inviting us all to take a new look at the possibilities that we are the ones limiting ourselves.
Inviting us to use our current areas of complaint or excuse as an area of spiritual challenge or practice.
Inviting you to join with me to become more aware and dare to challenge what is an invitation to freedom.
Inviting us to participate in setting ourselves free as an act of great Love for all to see and be.

Loving you and loving me,
Betty Lue

Are you interested in a newly forming “Why Wait? Group via email?I am working on my own letting go of excess “waiting=weighting”.
From day one, I have had many new realizations of its origin.
I know it is only with deepening inner awareness that  miracles occur naturally.
Love is remembering we are unlimited and free.

“Our Greatest Fear”
Our greatest fear
is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light,
not our darkness,
that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
“Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented and fabulous?”
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that others won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us,
it is in everyone,
and as we let our own light shine
we unconsciously give other people permission
to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear
our presence automatically liberates others.
