Love Heals

Hurt, wounded, depressed, afraid, lost, uncertain, angry?
Love Heals.

To heal we must reveal to ourselves where love is needed.
To heal we must first become aware and acknowledge where we are hurting.
To heal we must stop using guilt and blame to constantly restimulate the pain.
To heal we must remember first, last and always, enough Real Love will heal.

Healing is not curing or fixing.
Healing is not defending or convincing.
Healing is not overcoming or sublimating.
Healing is letting go of the image of our brokenness.

Awareness reveals where we are blocked, stuck or withholding Love.
Awareness is the first step to taking responsibility for the healing.
Awareness is coming to a conscious understanding that we have participated in the experience.
Awareness is the consciousness to see we can undo what is not true.

Acknowledgment is confessing our part.
Acknowledgement is seeing what is without exaggeration or cover-up.
Acknowledgment is telling the truth without deception or judgment.
Acknowledgment is the willingness to state the facts without adding anything.

Allowance is forgiving our judgments and fear.
Allowance is letting go of the blocks to love.
Allowance is our willingness to stop picking the scab as we heal.
Allowance is to cease attacking ourselves or others.

When we are free of self made torture, fear and pain, we must listen quietly to the voice of Love.
How can I respond with Love?
How can I make amends?
How can I give what is needed?
How can I fully Love again?

As we listen within and affirm what is and has always been in our hearts waiting to be heard, we can step forward and say YES!
I will listen only to the voice for Love.
I will honor only that which is best for everyone.
I will give the best in me to be trusting, patient, kind and appreciative.
I will Love me and Love You.

You see, life is about remembering to love….no matter what.
Life offers quizzes on what we have learned about letting go of fear and choosing to love again.
Life is a self made learning laboratory with lots of practice in Loving and seeing the Power of Love.
The only mistake we ever make is when we forget to Love.

Loving you,

LOVE

There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer;
No disease that enough love will not heal;
No door that enough love will not open;
No gulf that enough love will not bridge;
No wall that enough love will not throw down;
No sin that enough love will not redeem.

 It makes no difference
How deeply seated may be the trouble,
How hopeless the outlook,
How muddled the tangle,
How great the mistake.
A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

If only you could love enough, you would be the happiest
and most powerful being in the world.
