What To Do?

I always choose the most loving solutions.
I am my own best advisor and friend.
I forgive my ignorance and errors.
I no longer allow anyone or anything to shut me down or hurt me.

What Do You Do?

What do you do when stuck in a rut?
See what help you might need….
Look for how to start climbing ….
Call for a ladder of encouragement…..

What do you do when you are lost?
Assess the situation….
Identify where you are.
Ask someone for directions.

What do you do when you make a mistake?
Stop worrying about the outcome.
Forgive yourself.
Learn and begin again.

What do you do when you hear bad news?
Get a second opinion.
Find the gift and share it.
Imagine what to do to change it to good news.

What do you do when you are lonely?
Call someone who needs a friend.
Take the time to read how to be a friend.
Invite folks for a cup of tea or to take a walk.

What do you do when you feel discouraged?
Pick yourself up and start all over again.
List what you appreciate about yourself and your life.
Write thank you notes to the people you love.

What do you do when you are “losing it”?
Take 10 deep breaths slowly.
Give yourself a bathroom break to dump the !!!
Stop the tantrum and start thinking like an adult.

What do you do when your relationship is in trouble?
Ask yourself: What can I learn?
Write down your emotions and let go.
Speak and act with clarity and focus on the goal.

What do you do to remember what is best to do?
Make a prescription list for what to do in difficult situations.
Keep the list on the inside of medicine cabinet.
Practice regularly drills so you can remember if and when needed.

Loving you for doing what is Best for You.
