Clarity and Direction

Affirmations:
I know what I want and I go for it.
I am on my own team for success.
I breathe clarity into my mind as I let go of distraction.
I allow myself the clarity I need to achieve my heart’s desire.

Are You Clear?

On this bright and clear day outside, are you bright and clear inside?
When you wake up each morning, are you clear, guided and inspired?
As you step out into  your world, do you know what you are doing?
With no clarity and direction, how can you achieve what you want?

When you don’t know where you are going, how will you get there?
When you don’t know what you want, how will you experience it?
When you cannot feel what matters to you, how can you possible have it?
Purposeful living is knowing and trusting what is yours to be and do and have.

What clears your vision?
What clears your insight?
What clears you thinking?
What clears your feelings?

Most want clarity to make helpful decisions.
Many want direction to know where they are going.
It is helpful to have achievable goals and desired outcomes.
It is motivating to know exactly how to prepare and what to expect.

To be clear, begin with what you ingest.
Foods and beverages often cloud one’s thinking.
Conflicting values and beliefs confuse and distract.
Influences from media, experts, friends can interfere.

Once you know what you want, begin to direct your choices to what supports the outcome.
Once you are aware of what you choose, eliminate the influences that confuse, conflict or interfere.
Once you have decided an outcome or goal, continually forgive and release distractions and detours.
Once you experience freedom to choose, trust your clarity and follow what is effective.

All of us can clear our own mind and find success with wholehearted clarity and direction.
We are here to learn to make positive and effective choice, motivated by confidence in ourselves.
It is our undivided attention to what is good and right and true for us that creates successful outcome.
We are realizing we can commit to what works and it will work for us.

Eliminate doubt and fear as you learn what is true for you.
Let go of self-limiting and interfering habits of mind and body.
Forgive other’s doubts and negative beliefs from your experience.
Filter out the unhealthy critical defeating thoughts and beliefs from you mind.

It is time to choose clarity and direction for you and your life..
Let the winds of change blow away the doubt, delay and distraction.
Undo what is no longer true or valuable for you.
Learn what you want, what you expect, what you can do right now.

Enjoy your freedom to choose and trust with clarity and direction.

Based on the answers above, develop a short paragraph outlining your purpose. Take the three top priorities from the four areas to which you just committed answers. Construct a statement that explains what you are beginning to sense in your purpose. This can be a work in progress. What is important is to commit to something in writing. Your purpose can be anything you want it to be and it can include anything that is important to you.
