Lighten Up!

Affirmations:
I forgive myself for limiting myself.
I release heavy thoughts, feelings, choices and behaviors.
I forgive mistakes quickly and choose again to lighten up.
I give my mind, body and spirit what is light and free and good.

Lighten Up Your Mind, Body and Spirit!

When we are heavy in mind, we cannot think clearly.
When we are heavy in body, we cannot live energetically.
When we are heavy in spirit, we cannot relate lovingly.
Let us lighten up and ascend in our consciousness together.

Dark depressing, negative thinking makes us heavy.
Unhealthy foods and behaviors deplete our physical wellbeing.
Ungrateful and condemning attitudes depress our spirits.
We need to clear the limiting beliefs and behaviors and lighten up.

Forgiveness is a key for setting ourselves free in body, mind and spirit.
Blessing ourselves, our attitudes, thoughts & behaviors brings joy to our hearts.
Using tools which lift us up is essential to be all we can be.
Whenever there is too much, we get heavy and feel depleted.

Step away from heaviness and change your mind.
Undo the critical and worrisome thinking and choose a better way.
Be mindful of what you want to see and be and focus your attention there.
Affirm what is good and healthy, beautiful and loving.

Use words and songs, sounds and music, nature and beauty.
Watch what brings you joy and lifts your spirits.
Eat what feels good and healthy to your body and mind.
Relate to people who inspire, encourage and enjoy being with you.

Give your mind something to think about that makes you feel powerful.
Give your body something that inspires feelings of energy and  enthusiasm.
Give your spirit something to lift you up to being more creative and having fun.
Give your whole Self exactly what you need to be, do, and have what is Best for you.

To lighten up is to lose heavy thoughts, feeling, behaviors and reminders that weigh you down.
You will think better.
You will feel better.
You will choose better.

You will notice what is not good for you.
Your will see where you are mistaken in your beliefs.
You will feel when you are listening to heavy stuff.
You will get when you are making limiting choice.

Life is to be enjoyed.
Life offers opportunities to choose.
We are responsible for our experiences.
We can always notice, forgive and choose again.

This is your day to choose what is light and enlightening for you.

Twelve Daily Steps To Optimistic Living
1. Focus on my successes rather than on my failures.
2. Notice that which I have accomplished rather than that which I’ve left undone.
