Living Your Truth?

I know and love my true Self.
I live the Truths I know.
I trust the choices I make.
I am happy and at peace with  how I live my life.

Are You Living Your Truth?

Are you happy with your Self?
Do you feel good about your choices?
Are you at peace with the words you speak?
Are you connecting with those you encounter?

When we learn to be truly helpful, we begin to see “What helps you is helping me.”
We are all learning, as we teach and teaching as we learn.
Everyone is blessed, as they offer their blessings to others.
We give as we receive and receive as we are giving.

There is nothing separate or secret from others.
We are eternally connected and embraced by All That Is.
We know the Goodness within, as we are grateful for the Goodness outside.
The circle of life is part of us and we are part of the Circle of All Creation.

Ask yourself, “Why Am I Here?”
“What am I living for?”
“Am I following my own guidelines and code of ethics?”
“How Can I be true to myself and what I believe?”

When we are practicing what we believe, we are happy.
When we are living what we teach, we are at peace.
When we do what we believe in, we feel confident.
Our happiness depends on what we do with the life we live.

What we say matters, because it shows us and others what we profess.
Our behavior matters, because it demonstrates how committed we are to our own truth.
Our thoughts matter, because it reminds us what is predominant in our everyday life.
When we attend to how we live and share, we experience what betrays us with our misalignment.

When we learn to be accountable to our own truths, we empower ourselves.
When we discover how to realign ourselves with what is right for us, we live in integrity.
To attune with what is true for us, is a powerful gift of health and happiness.
To daily choose to be accountable to ourselves is an beautiful gift of peace.

Integrity comes with our willingness to live the truths we profess.
Being accountable allows us to trust in what we say and do.
Integrity empowers us to live with certainty and confidence.
To believe in our life choices comes naturally with consistent integrity.

Be willing to stop and correct any errors you make.
Forgive yourself for being inconsistent in how you live.
Choose again for what empowers your trust in yourself.
Enjoy the life you choose to live with integrity.

Life works when we live our own truths.
Loving you and me in our integrity.
