What is Best for You?

Let’s be practical, obvious and real with our choices!
It appears as a culture we are sleep deprived, eating unhealthy foods and satisfying our addictions, rather than feeding our souls. Perhaps we need to stop and choose again, to love ourselves as we would a precious child and treat our whole lives with respect and love!

Are you eating what is best for you?
Do you get tired after eating or energized?
Does your digestive system work well?
Do you believe the food and beverages you drink are good for your body and mind?
Do you take time to feed yourself well, when you feel hungry?
Do you bless your food and eat without distraction.
Do you eat what satisfies you?

Are you resting well?
Do you sleep in a restful room with quiet energy that invites you to rest?
Is your sleeping place, well kept, serene without distractions of TV, mess, exercise and work stuff?
Have you given yourself uninterrupted sleep?
Do you go to bed early enough that you awaken without an alarm?
Do you have a prayer, affirmation or feel gratitude before you sleep?
Can you relax easily and go to sleep without effort when you are tired?
Do you wake up refreshed and ready for a “good” day?

Do you live, work, drive in an environment that pleases you?
Does your home and office reflect your love and respect for yourself?
Do you care for your things and spend money only on what pleases you?
Do you have too much stuff to utilize and care for well?
Are you distracted by clutter, unfinished projects or unresolved problems?
Do you surround yourself with what inspired you and gives you energy and joy?
Are you willing to easily let go of everything that no longer is best for you?

Do you have relationships and activities that keep you inspired, energized and feeling happy with you?
Are the people in your life appreciative, respectful and trusting of you?
Do you spend the 24 hours in your day exactly the way that really works for you?
Do you forget to choose and let schedules, duties and obligations run your life?
Are you willing to gently relinquish all those activities and people which drain your energy?
Is it time to stop doing what no longer loves you well?

Can you imagine what will happen when everyone loves themselves all day everyday?
Can you guess what your attitude, health, creativity will be, when you are happy?
Can you feel how you will treat others, when you are living in integrity with your own values?
Do you see how you make a positive difference when you are loving and caring for YOU!

Loving me and you really well,
