Letting Go is Good

The body breathes in and breathes out.
The digestive system ingests, uses what is nourishing and releases the rest.
The senses receive 10 million bits of information every second and only take in 9-12.
The realm of possibilities is infinite; it is ours to choose what we receive and what we discard.

Learning to make choices is key to our creativity.
Learning which path is fundamental to our success.
Learning how to respond is essential for our relationships.
Learning what to delete is required for discernment of our Good.

To free ourselves, we must learn to let go.
To see ourselves, we must undo what isn’t so.
To be ourselves, we must enjoy what we let show.
To know Goodness and God, we must erase what is not.

Let go and intend only Good.
Let go and ingest what is Good.
Let go and inspire All Good.
Let go and ask for true Good.

When we let go of a job, trust it is Good.
When we let go of a home, know it is for our Good.
When we let go of a relationship, see it as Good.
When we let go of a loved one, believe it will be Good.

Letting go is a natural process of our body.
Without natural release, we cannot live.
Letting go is a necessary process of emotional well-being.
Without letting our emotional energy move, we will become emotionally constipated.
Letting go is essential for our minds.
Without releasing unnecessary information, our mental computer gets overloaded and frozen.
Letting go is needed for our inspiration.
Without releasing outdated beliefs and limiting thinking, we cannot be spiritually expanded.
Letting go of the past is helpful allows freedom for transformation.
Without clearing clutter, confusion, concern and conflicts, we cannot see clearly the Good before us.

Letting go is for our good.
Clearing the clutter of the past is good.
Releasing the old allows for renewal.
Let go with your blessing for Good and Peace will be your reward.

Loving you,

Betty Lue
