Stuck or Flowing?

Judgment creates stuckness.
Forgiveness creates flow.

Are you afraid, angry, upset or regretful about something in your past?
The leftovers of our past block the flow of creativity and productivity in the present. Are you holding onto past upsets, because you believe it will prevent future mistakes?
Holding on to what was prevents moving onto what you seek.We may have learned that remembering our errors help us never to repeat them.
What we hold in our consciousness, we are likely to repeat.
What we hold in our memories against another, they are more likely to repeat.
It is through forgiveness here that we release the stuckness, let go and open the flow of Love.

Love is creativity.
Love is new beginnings.
Love respects what is here and now.
Love is genuine, present and whole.

When we are waiting for something or someone, we are usually waiting for ourselves to let go.
When we are holding heaviness or excess weight or heavy memories, we are waiting to forgive.
When we are still holding on to what was, we have no room to behold what is.
To wait and delay is to neglect our flow and creative and growthful movement.

To open the flow is healing.
To open the flow is creative.
To open the flow is loving.
To open the flow is Good for all.

Stop waiting and hesitating.
Why not, DO IT NOW?

Whatever we are called to do, to get us going in the right direction, Do it Now!
Whatever we can do to release past pain, clear it now with forgiveness and blessings.
Whomever we still are holding with guilt and blame, release it now and move on to happiness.
However we have held our dreams hostage in the prison of our laziness and fear, move forward Now.

There is no time like the present.
What we conceive and believe, we can achieve.
Wherever we doubt and condemn, we hold back and live in regret.
Now is the time to begin, with vision, faith, desire, commitment and action.

Let’s do it Now!

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer
