Remember What Works!


Affirmations:
I value my life and all the good is gives to me.
I appreciate being with you and my freedom to share what I feel.
I remember how much I enjoy the natural resources I have.
I am reminded to share my love, faith and appreciation for all that is.


Remember What Works for You!

Do you notice what is working in your life?
Are you paying attention to what is Good?
Do you deny yourself the joy of all you have?
Are you willing to really celebrate your creations?

Life is far better than what most of us notice.
We seem to take for granted all that we have.
Fresh air and clean water are essential for our lives.
Is anyone noticing and fully appreciating?

We seem to take for granted safety and security.
We seem to assume that we will have food and housing.
We seem to think of our lives as being what is expected.
We assume it is our right to have education and health care.

Are we truly thankful for all the good we have everyday?
Are we valuing our hospitals and schools and universities.
Do we care that we have free speech and freedom of travel?
Are we grateful for the miracle of life within us?

We need to really value what is valuable.
Every breath we take is life.
Every word we speak is valuable.
Every relationship we have is important.

Tragedies, disasters, challenges are wakeup calls.
Let us value what is valuable.
Let us remember what is important.
Let us fully appreciate what is good.

We can honor what is honorable.
We can remember what is memorable.
We can value what is valuable.
In this we expand and increase what works.

Give thanks for your family and your home.
Be grateful for what blesses your life.
Fully acknowledge what you enjoy.
Give your best to what is Good for us all.

Remembering how Good life is.

Notice and Appreciate!

Affirmations:
I appreciate the Good in my life.
The more I notice the more I appreciate.
The more I appreciate the more I receive.
The more I receive and notice and appreciate, the more I have.


Notice and Appreciate!

Notice the Good.
Notice the Beautiful.
Notice the Love.
Notice and Value.

What we focus on, we notice.
What we notice, we have valued.
What we value, we have.
When we appreciate what we value, we have more.

When we are distracted, we do not see.
When we do not see, we miss what we value.
When we ignore what we value, we have less or not at all.
When we denigrate, deny or criticize what we have, we have even less.

Life is our teacher.
When we deny or ignore the learning, we are lost.
When we are lost, we stop seeking and noticing.
When we are stuck in our blindness, we are in the dark.

In the dark, we are lost, in pain, fear and denial.
This is our wakeup call to see what we want to find.
Seeking is the first step when we notice.
We must affirm what we are seeking and open to receive.

This is our time to step out in faith
.
While hungry for fulfillment, we must be humble.
In our humility we can learn to receive what is given.
As we receive all the gifts, we begin to celebrate with DeLight.

And so our time has come to awaken ourselves to what we want.
Look beneath the illusions and seek what is real and valuable.
We can easily find what is usual and temporary to delude us.
It requires noticing what is in our hearts and allowing love in.

Seek what you really want.
Look into your heart.
Ask what you long for.
Be honest with yourself.

Only you know you.
Only you can say what is true.
Only you can see what is real.
Only you will remember to love you.

Appreciate all good that is here for you.

Ask and Open to Receive!


Affirmations:
I know thoughts create.
I think about what is good.
I deserve what is good.
I appreciate all good.


Ask and Receive!

This is your world.
This is your universe.
This is your time.
Ask and you shall receive.

Ask for help.
Ask for healing.
Ask for forgiveness.
Ask for Love.

Ask for Truth.
Ask for Trust.
Ask for Peace.
Ask for Faith.

Open to receive.
Open to willingness.
Open to gratitude.
Open to trust.

We shall receive when we are willing to receive.
We need to trust and what we need will come.
We must be willing to forgive our distrust.
We must let go of our doubt and fear.

All is given unto us.
But only when we are receptive do we receive.
What already is, is always available.
WE must have faith. let go and allow the Good.

It seems miraculous.
And it is.
Miracles come from Love.
When we love, we open and trust.

When we fear, what is given, we don't allow.
When we fear, we doubt and turn away.
When we fear, we avoid and reject.
When we fear, we must forgive our fear.

We deserve what is good for us.
We must trust we can receive what we ask.
We must celebrate and appreciate the good that is given.
We must be grateful for opening our hearts and minds.

Ask and you shall receive as you have asked.
Opening to receive all Good as I give the Good I am given.

Let Us Heal

Affirmations:
I forgive myself for neglecting to heal myself.
I now choose to the peace of Goodness, wholeness and Love.
I seek to heal any and all blocks to Love.
I love myself just as I am.
 
Let Us Heal

Let us heal our hearts.
Let us heal our minds.
Let us heal ourselves.
Let us heal one another.

What is happening?
Are we so captured by fear that we forsake our love?
Are we so consumed by protecting ourselves that we lose our humanity?
Are we so polarized that we have forgotten to love everyone?

There is healing in forgiving.
There is faith in loving.
There is light within us.
We must awaken and remember to care.

And what do you really care about?
What do you really want to share?
Have you declared your love for those you love?
Have you allowed others to feel how much you care?

It is the crisis point.
These are the crossroads for you and I.
We must attend to the hearts of humanity.
We can change our minds and find peace.

We have been shown how to rise about the pain.
We have been told how to heal ourselves.
We have been given the path to return to wholeness.
We have been asked to stop dividing and start deciding to love one another.

Love those who love.
Love those who fear.
Love those who care.
Love those who are hiding.
Love those who are seeking.
Love those who are lost.
Love those who do not know.
Love those who are leading.
Love those who follow.
Love those who are with you.
Love those who are against you.
Love those you have feared.
Love those you do not know.
Love for the sake of Loving.

This is the time on earth when we are invited to live in Love as Love.
We are created to be the Love we seek.
We shine our Light on Love with our appreciation.
We can bring Light to darkness and offer Love to fear.

Light shines away the darkness.
Love dissolves all fear.
Hope brings us faith.
Faith invites trust in Good.

Now is our time to join our minds in Faith.
Now is the call to connect with Love within.
Now is our invitation to be of great courage.

Forgive Your Self!

Affirmations:
I heal myself with forgiveness.
I heal my relationships with others with forgiveness and love.
I trust that forgiving is easily letting go of past errors.
I take time to quickly and easily forgive what keeps me from loving

Forgive Your Self!

Forgive yourself for not treating you well.
Forgive your mind for being unkind to you.
Forgive your choice for not giving you the best.
Forgive your words for being disrespectful to you.

You may find yourself judging others.
You may notice you argue with yourself.
You may make unhealthy choices.
You may be negative and belittling.

You may not have noticed how you are not good to you.
You may be picky and petty with your own choices.
You may neglect or forget to appreciate yourself.
You may be hurtful in your behavior toward your body.

Do you notice how the ways you treat you become the way others treat you?
When you lack self-respect, others often are not respectful to you as well.
Have you seen how when you hurt yourself, others may be hurtful as well?
When we love, respect and value ourselves, others are more loving and respectful as well.

Literally the way we treat ourselves, is projected onto others.
What we give, we receive
What we show, is shown to us.
Everything we think, do and say is a lesson for us and for our world.

When we forgive ourselves, we are remembering we deserve love.
When we are willing to learn from our mistakes, we are teaching others to learn as well from theirs.
When we remember to respect ourselves, we are more likely to respect others.
Our real work is to remember to love, trust, respect and appreciate ourselves.

Life is a gift to us.
We are here to awaken to the value of our lives.
We need to learn from our lives and live them well.
We can erase the forgetfulness and neglect and live consciously.

When I release regret and relinquish self-judgment, I am free to choose again.
When I honestly forgive and erase past mistakes, I can openly choose a better way.
When I surrender my need to get my way, I can see the opportunities to be helpful.
When I let go of judgment and fear, I am clear about how to live and give with love.

My life and yours are the learning and healing journey we can here for.
Only we can forgive and choose again.
Our forgiveness is our greatest medicine.
We can heal lack of peace and pain and suffering

Let us all forgive ourselves everyday for our lack of love.

There Is No Medicine

There is not a medicine, herb, ointment or potion that can compare to the power of love and forgiveness for healing the body, emotions, mind and soul.

Love and forgiveness must be present before true healing can occur.  By consciously choosing love and forgiveness,  we can free ourselves of the blockages commonly known as pain and dis-ease.

Forgiveness opens the door for love to enter.  When you choose to forgive yourself, you naturally let go of guilt.  You are then free to love yourself and life more fully.  When you find it in your heart to forgive another person, you will naturally let go of resentment and anger.  You are then free to love that person more fully, and will experience greater harmony in all of your relationships.

This is the basic formula necessary for healing ourselves on an individual level and for healing our world on a global level.

Make A Decision!

6AM on Monday morning: Prayers of Peace for all of us.
We must join in peace to heal the sickness in humanity.
Mind, Body and Spirit can join together for Love.
Please decide on how you will choose to live for Goodness sake.

Affirmations:
I value my willingness to make my own decisions.
I trust myself to choose what is right for me.
I make decisions that will benefit all.
I listen to my heart and know I decide with Good intentions.


Just Decide!

There is so much we do not know.
There is so much we make up.
There is so much we do not want to know.
There is so much we seek from erroneous sources.

How do we decide?
What to do?
Where to go?
Who to listen to?

Gather information.
Find what is true.
Give yourself alternatives.
Recognize only you can choose.

What is right for you?
What is true and reasonable?
What is for the highest and best?
What is for long term benefit?

We decide wisely when we are at peace.
We make decisions best with knowledge.
We must consider all options and inner guidance.
We know what we want when we are listening within.

Take time to consider the whole picture.
Take time to clear false information.
Take time to trust those who truly care.
Take time to believe in what you decide.

Decisions can be changed.
Decisions are based on what you know.
When you know better, you will do better.
Decide to do whatever it takes to make the best decision for you.

Always decide with your mind and heart.
Always decide with your highest and best interest.
Always decide in ways that bring peace and hope.
Always decide with an outcome that will bring happiness and gratitude.

You can always forgive and choose again.
So forgive past errors and choose again.
Forgive past avoidance and choose again.
Allow all to come together for greater purpose.

Are You Willing?

Affirmations:
I am open and willing to heal my mind and body.
I am open and willing to listen and follow my inner voice.
I am open and willing to forgive and erase my mistaken beliefs.
I am open and willing to be all I am created to be.
 
Are You Willing?

Where do you resist?
What stops you?
How do you sabotage yourself?
Where do you give up on you?

Are you willing to have courage?
Are you open to forgiving the past?
Do you allow only good in your life?
Do you take impeccable care of you?

It is time to be open and willing.
It is time to give up your fear.
If you really want it, you will be willing.
If you really care, you will forgive all fear.

Life is choice.
But we cannot even recognize the options.
Life is yours to choose.
But you may not see what can be.

Take a look at what you really want.
Then be honest about what prevents you.
Listen to your limiting thoughts.
Practice forgiving and erasing the blocks.

Be willing to admit your mistakes.
Then erase them and learn from them.
Be willing to say YES to yourself.
Stop saying NO and start believing.

Love your authentic self.
Stop hiding behind what gets in your way.
Give yourself your positive attention.
And listen to your highest intention.

The only thing stopping you is you.
Don’t deny yourself the Good you want.
Align your thoughts and words for Goodness sake.
Start actually behaving like you can and you will.

Life is created from your willingness.
When you are open and willing, you will see.
I am willing for us all to set ourselves free.
