Do Something!

I can always do something to be helpful.

At the very least I can pray and affirm “All Good.”

When I see a need, I listen within and respond with Love.

I trust myself to always know what to do.

You Can Always Do Something.

If there is a need, do something.

If you are upset, do something.

If there is an emergency, do something.

If you don’t know what to do, ask for help.

There is always something you can do.

In every moment, there is a call for you to respond in some way.

When you don’t know what to do, simply breathe and ask yourself  “What Can I do?”

Being paralyzed with fear, lazy and unwilling, stuck in your position gains nothing.

We may have negative beliefs about doing something.

We may not want to make a mistake.

We may not want to be judged or blamed.

We may have been taught not to get involved.

We may be afraid of doing or saying the wrong thing.

We may think our help is inappropriate of intrusive.

We may withhold love because we are judgmental or afraid.

I have a principle I live by.

“If I see something that needs to be done, I do it.”

If I can do it easily and quickly, I do it with appreciation.

If I need someone else to do it, I ask them with respect and gratitude.

If I need to report it to someone for doing, I keep reminding them until it is done.

If they resist or deny responsibility, I see the highest authority to get it done.

Every moment offers new and multiple options for getting things done.

In urgent situations, respond immediately.

If more help is needed, call for help.

In quiet moments, rest and listen to the silence.

In tired moments, relax and renew yourself.

In fearful moments, calm and assure yourself.

In uncertain times, seek what you can count on.

In ignorant moments, gather information and education.

In times of pain and suffering, move the energy with distraction/

When someone needs comfort, comfort them.

When someone needs space, give them space.

When someone want love, offer love to therm.

When someone needs encouragement, encourage them.

When someone needs support, support them.

When someone ask for advice, give them your best.

When we are open and willing, there is always a way to give something.

While it may not be everything, it will be what you can do.

Keep it simple and keep it true.

Respond with Love because this you can always do.

Learn to stop, think and do something helpful.

Trusting you to learn to always be helpful.

Life is for caring and sharing.

When we care, we feel Alive  with Love.

When we share, we feel Good and True.

We are connected, when we Love.
