When fear has its way, we forsake Love.
When we let fear lead us, we disempower ourselves.
When fear fills our thoughts, our body and mind contract.
With fear we retreat or attack.
We make up the fears we believe in.
We increase the fears by talking, imagining and defending.
We lose our power of forgiveness, gratitude and choice with fear.
We neglect to listen to the inner voice of Love, Trust and Freedom.
With Love in us, all things are possible.
With the power of forgiveness, we can choose again.
With forgiveness , we learn to erase what is temporary and choose what is eternal.
With gratitude for what is whole and good and loving, we can undo what is limited, lacking and fearful.
Forgiveness is an eraser filled with Love.
To erase f e a r from our minds, we are free to choose Love.
When we step away from fear, we breathe and clear ourselves to remember the Truth.
When we stop watching, repeating, thinking and talking about fear, we stop reacting to fear.
Spiritual Truths:
What you focus on increases.
What you give attention to expands.
What you resist, persists.
What you fear, you create.
Time to replace all fear with Love.
Time to forgive ourselves for letting fear rule.
Time to undo what we choose not to be true.

This relaxes your body and quiets your mind.

This encourages your mind to seek what feels good to you.
3. Send appreciation, love and blessings to others. Share in writing, in person, in prayer.
What you give to others will inspire you to feel good about yourself.
