Enjoy What Works!

I give myself the best I know and enjoy every minute.
I love myself with all the appreciation I have.
I live my life focused on what is good and whole and beautiful.
I enjoy my life for I have chosen to increase my good.

Every day we have an opportunity to enjoy or complain.
Every day we can focus on what works or doesn’t work.
We can spend time trying to fix what is wrong or enjoy what is right.
How we focus our energy determines the life experience we have.

Our thoughts and words create what we see and hear and feel.
Where we place our attention gives energy to what seems to be.
How we use our mind and body gives us the feedback we believe in.
We are literally creating the enjoyment and peace we experience.

We can watch the negative news and feel frightened or angry.
We can listen to beautiful soothing music and feel calm and peaceful.
We can watch drama and trauma and feel upset and fearful.
We can enjoy hopeful, helpful interactions and feel blessed.

We are always choosing what attracts us and what impacts us.
Do you want beauty and Good, then notice and enjoy what is good for you.
Do you want drama and uncertainty, then entertain yourself with what feels emotional.
Do you want loving connection with easy forgiveness, then be loving, forgiving and choose again.

With you in mind, give yourself a big dose of what you really want.
You are guardian of your mind, so be respectful with what you think and say.
You are the door to your heart, so give your heart to those who care for you tenderly.
You are the creator of your experience, so choose experiences which are a gift for you.

You have more power of choice than you know.
You can choose to look for what pleases you or see what displeases you.
You can expect bad things to occur or seek and delight in what you enjoy.
You can turn off what disturbing and turn on what entertains and make you happy.

Your life is your canvas on which you design and paint the colors of your experience.
Anytime you wish you may choose a new canvas with new colors your heart desires.
The universe will inspire you to open you mind to forgive the past and live in the now.
Your life will show you how to have and do and imagine the way you really desire.

This is your moment to believe you can do and achieve what you really want.
This is the day you can claim your power to create a better way to live and give.
This is the good news which is always waiting for you to buy and realize daily.
These to the times when you can be your own master of the destiny you desire.

Focus on the health and vitality in your physical body and be grateful it is so.
Focus on the wisdom and vision in your amazing mind and be thankful it is so.
Focus on the open, forgiving and trusting heart that shares love so easily, and feel the joy it brings.
You can inspire more of the same every time you appreciate all you have to share.

Ingest the best and forget the rest.  Take into your body, mind and spirit only that which supports, sustains and inspires the BEST in you.

Life is flow. To move with the flow is healthy. To resist is stressful. Move with the natural inner movement physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, etc.

To breathe in (inhale) fully life energy, Spirit, Prana, inspiration, is to expand our awareness to open to an enlightened mind.  To exhale fully is to truly release what is no longer needed.

Reaching out with Love and respect for each other opens our bodies and beings to trust in the gentleness we all deserve to experience.

Choose for those thoughts which heal and free you to be unlimited in health and wholeness. Forgive (erase) the beliefs which are limiting or false.

Carry with you an attitude of gratitude and love for yourself and others.  Allow yourself to see all things work together for good.

Moderation in all things will bring your life into harmony.  As we give ourselves what is really best for us, the extremes are gently released.

What you perceive in others and the world you strengthen in your Self.  Focus on illness, disease and weakness and you actually weaken yourself.  See only health and wholeness and you move yourself in the direction you are looking.

To clear out toxins and purify the system requires a willingness to eliminate toxic thoughts, activities, relationships as well as foods from your system.  Flushing the system clean is aided with water, fresh air, gentle movement and forgiveness.

To rest and relax your mind and body are invaluable to being refreshed and revitalized. Each person has unique methods of relaxation - meditation, music, being in nature, focused simple activity.
