Affirmations:
I learn from everything and everyone.
I seek a life that is a blessing.
I trust myself to make needed changes quickly and easily.
I do what works for all concerned.
Make
Life Work for You!
Are you struggling with life?
Are you unsure of
what to do?
Do you know what
is not working?
Do you understand
how life works?
If
things could be better, begin to ask how.
If things are going
well, observe how that is.
If you are unhappy,
ask yourself why.
If you are anxious
or upset, ask what you can learn.
We
are here to learn how life works.
We need to
understand what to do.
We can learn through
observation.
We will learn
through inquiry and exploration.
When
life is working for us, we are at peace.
When we are at
peace, life usually continues to work well.
When we lack peace,
we can look at what changed.
When we are upset in
any way, we can seek to learn.
All
our thoughts, words and deeds have an effect.
Thinking upsetting
or doubting thoughts has an effect.
Judging,
criticizing, and questioning have an effect.
Change in how we
live has an effect.
What
is positive, helpful and/or beneficial has a positive effect.
What is negative,
hurtful and/or dismissive has a negative effect.
We can learn what
works well and what doesn’t work well.
We will understand
that everything we think, say and do makes a difference.
Our
work is to learn what does not work.
Our work is to
release and clear what doesn’t work.
The obvious choice
is to do more of what works for us.
And stop doing what
does not work well for us.
Simply
said. “Stop doing what is not working!”
Often people keep
trying harder or longer, with more resistance.
Often organizations
keep trying with complexity with more confusion.
Often governments
keep trying more demands and threats with more violence.
What will it take to create a life that works for you and me?
Can we give up the
punishment and choose more peaceful ways?
Are we ready to
choose simply for the sake of what works for us all?
Seek in your home
and work life to create a simple life that works for you.
Stop
what does not work.
Seek only for a life
that serves all.
Choose what is truly
effective and beneficial for all.
Loving you and
me,
Betty Lue
