Let us use our thoughts for Goodness sake!
Let us use our mind for Good.
Let us choose to think in positive ways.
Let us choose to use our thinking to heal and bless.

We can worry.
We can think about wrongs.
We can focus on mistakes, ours and other’s.
We can judge and wish for negative outcomes.

This benefits no one.
This focuses on potential harm.
This contracts our energy and creates negativity.
This causes our minds to find evidence for what does no good.

We can forgive our negativity.
We can seek a positive future.
We can choose to look for the bright side.
We can recognize what works for the good of all.

Rely on forgiveness to erase what is not good or helpful.
Erase and delete thinking about harm and negative outcomes.
Use your mind to create what is helpful and positive for all.
Give your thoughts, words and activities to doing what is truly healthy.

You can change your mind simply by eliminating what is not beneficial.
You can choose ideas, beliefs and words that affirm and accept Good.
You can follow those who speak well of others rather than poorly.
You can make you mind a tool for doing what is healing and helpful.

Our minds are easy to undo what has been poorly taught.
Our minds may misperceive when they have been taught falsely.
Our minds may be taught to create what is positive and healthy.
We can dedicate and affirm clearing our minds for Good.

Affirmation:  My mind automatically erases what is not wholly loving and true.

Loving us all as we choose to use our minds for only Good.

TWELVE DAILY STEPS TO OPTIMISTIC LIVING
1. Focus on my successes rather than on my failures.
2. Notice that which I have accomplished rather than that which I’ve left undone.
3. See and acknowledge my beauty rather than focusing on my imperfections.
4. Notice and acknowledge all the times I’ve followed the optimum conditions,rather than judging myself for the times I have not.
5. Acknowledge all my wins each and every day.
6. Create and maintain an environment that nurtures me.
7.  See problems as opportunities to learn from rather than as obstacles to avoid.
8.  Tell the whole truth on a moment to moment basis in order to maintain impeccable and loving relationships.
9. Be conscious every moment to put positive thoughts into my mind rather than negative, knowing all thoughts are creative.
10.  Appreciate my feelings as a means of understanding myself, thus directing and creating my reality.
11. Continue to forgive myself and others as a means of creating a state of Grace.
12. Fill my life with joy and ecstasy by practicing daily the art and skill of verbally expressing my gratitude for all that I have.
