Who Knows?

Affirmations:
I know I am learning to trust and allow life to be.
I know that I believe in the Love that allows.
I know I long to listen, learn and let go so I can know.
I know in each moment I am willing to be present to love, serve and remember Goodness and God.

Do You Really Know?

Do any of us really know?
Why pretend that we know?
Why do we try to know?
Why do we trust in our knowing?

Everything changes and rearranges.
New planets are discovered.
New solar systems await our surprise.
Miracles and messes happen daily.

Life is a mystery.
We make up our history.
We sometimes try to comply.
But mostly we don’t really know why.

If we love discovery, we open our eyes to see.
What will happen next?
How will it all turn out or in?
When can we really know?

We can choose our thoughts and feelings.
We can claim our desire to change.
We can but for this moment to know.
And them we see it all changes again.

So what is ours to know?
Let go and allow.
Let go and look within.
Let go and choose again.

Shall we be happy or depressed?
Shall we know hope or fear?
Shall we choose to move or be still?
Shall we depend or defend?

It seems like we never really know.
We explore, experiment and watch the results.
We laugh and we cry without knowing why.
We ask and answer, speculate and learn.

We make up our external authorities know.
We believe the facts tell the truth.
We want to believe there is an answer on which to depend,
But do we really know?

Trusting in our Love,
Betty Lue

Those Who Know

To “know” is to “love”.
For when we fully know, we have an experience of acceptance, understanding, trust and love.
In working with this list of levels of consciousness, we can easily substitute “love” for “know”.
Perhaps, this will simplify and clarify where you are in your own Self-Knowing process.

·      Those who don’t know and don’t know they don’t know.
·      Those who don’t know and don’t care.
·      Those who don’t know and don’t want to know.
·      Those who don’t know and wish they did.
·      Those who don’t know and seek to know.
·      Those who are coming to know.
·      Those who know and are afraid of what they know.
·      Those who know and are afraid they don’t know.
·      Those who know and hold back what they know.
·      Those who know and share what they know in order to know.
·      Those who know and know they know quietly.
·      Those who are what they know.

or with substitution: (to “Know” is to “Love”.)

·      Those who don’t love and don’t know they don’t love.
·      Those who don’t love and don’t care.
·      Those who don’t love and don’t want to love.
·      Those who don’t love and wish they did.
·      Those who don’t love and seek to love.
·      Those who are coming to Love.
·      Those who Love and are afraid of Love.
·      Those who Love and are afraid they don’t Love.
·      Those who Love and hold back their Love.
·      Those who Love and share Love to realize their Love.
·      Those who Love and share Love quietly.
