Peace and Harmony

Affirmations:
I am at peace with myself and my world.
I appreciate the learning value of my life
I easily learn the lessons from all I experience.
I am happy to learn from everything and everyone.

Order and Harmony

Is your life in order?
Are your bills paid?
Have you answered calls, letters and email?
Do you say “thanks” for what is done for you?

Do you manage your time, money and energy well?
Are your thoughts and words aligned with your values?
Do you honor your agreements and promises to Self and others?
Are you constantly learning and improving your relationships?

When we feel complete, we are at peace.
When we know the house is in order, we can relax.
When our daily chores are finished, we can focus on being creative.
When we know we have handled the essentials, we can choose something valuable to do.

Are you ready for guests?
Do you know you can handle whatever happens?
Are the essentials of your life completed?
Do you know where everything can be found?

Our homes are meant to be a sanctuary.
Our bedrooms are for quiet rest and relaxation.
Our kitehen and dining tables are for healthy food prep and eating.
Our family/living rooms are for enjoying one another and recreation.

When our financial affairs are in order, we feel secure.
When our health concerns are taken care of, we feel at peace.
When our relationships are managed with respect and appreciation, we feel content.
When our lives are treated with impeccable care, we feel happy with ourselves.

Life is meant to be fun, safe and easy, when we are doing the right things for good reasons.
Life can be good for us, when we are conscious, respectful and trusting our inner guidance.
Our lives can be navigated smoothly, when we clarify our principles, values and priorities.
We are indeed responsible for our own wellbeing when we are conscious, creative and confident.

When things are not going well, we must stop and realign with what is true for us.
When we find ourselves upset, we are experiencing a wakeup call to get back on purpose.
When things go wrong and we are are blaming others, it is time to ask: “What can I do?”
We can always do something to make a course correction to find a better way.

Consider taking responsibility for what you experience.
Consider acknowledging: “I am sorry. I forgive myself, I choose Love, I am grateful.”
Consider undoing, erasing and releasing what doesn’t work and choosing again.
Consider pausing, entering yourself, listening within and following the Highest Way.

A good life asks for constant course correction and realignment with what you value.
Loving us all as we learn and create together,
Betty Lue
