Affirmations:
My real work is to release everything not love.
I easily and quickly let go and allow Good into my mind.

Forgiveness = An Eraser Filled with Love!
Erase what
you don’t like.
Highlight what you do like.
Erase what
hurts.
Remember what brings joy.
Erase what
blocks kindness.
Encourage what brings you love.
Erase what
is creates doubt.
Expand what is sure and confident.
Erase what
gets in your way.
Notice what inspires your way.
Erase what
limits you.
Increase what sets you free.
Resentment, guilt and hurt shut you down.
Forgiveness,
gratitude and love open you up.
Remember
you are here to be Love and free love and see love.
Erase the
obstacles in your mind and highlight the Love in You.

Train your
mind to let go.
If it is
not inspiring and helpful, let it go.
If it bring
negative and limiting thoughts and feelings, let them go.
Everyday write forgiveness letters to someone, including
you.
Wash away
the pain and sadness and reclaim the love and gladness.
You deserve
to be whole and happy and free and it is up to you.
You can
consciously write everything you want to clear and burn it.
Train your mind to release everything that you are done
with.
Practice
daily breathing in the good and breathing out the bad.
Learn to
talk about what you feel grateful for and stop repeating complaints or negative
stories.
Share what
is inspiring and be inspired by your sharing.
Life is for “giving".
You are forgiving.
Life is for
living.
You are the
gift of life.
Let go of everything unworthy of giving.
Erase
everywhere you limit your own living.
Trust what
is happy and free.
Goodness
and Love, you are meant to be.

Forgiveness, Choice and Gratitude Process
30 Days to Healing and Seeing things Differently!
This exercise has a profound impact on how we see and
live our lives.
This daily practice will heal and transform your life
With continued practice, there will be a spiritual
awakening.
Forgiveness heals
our perception and gives us Response-Ability.
Choice empowers us
to Create our Experience Consciously.
Gratitude expands
what we Choose and increases our Joy.
Daily Practice:
Begin each morning with a pad of
lined paper and a pen.
Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind.
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from
within.
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive you for being mean.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitation.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.
Make the sound “AAAH” for 1minutes.
Imagine that you are opening your mind.
Now write and say 30 Choices.
I choose to be happy.
I choose to be free.
I choose to do what I love.
I choose to forgive….
In the Evening (before bed)
Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.
Make the sound
“OM” the Universal sound for Love and God
for 1 minute.
PS Even a few of each is better than none.
Do what you can and trust it is working.
Even when you are driving to work, you can do this
process aloud.
The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!
