Appreciate and Celebrate

Affirmations:
I celebrate and appreciate all the gifts in my life.
Everyday in everyway my life is better and better.
I fully enjoy the life I have and it brings joy to me.
What I give to my life, it reflects right back to me.

Give Thanks!

Are you truly thankful for the life you have?
You have chosen it as it is.
When you want more, you will let go and choose more.
When you care enough to make a new choice, you will.

Most people prefer the comfort of the same.
Whether complaining or changing, most want things as they are.
Some are habituated to complaining and some simply want the same.
To make a change requires letting go and choosing again consciously.

It is easy to take things for granted.
It is easy to trust that things will stay the same.
It is easy to go unconscious on our lives.
We must awaken to really appreciate what we have.

To stay awake and aware requires willingness to be conscious.
To truly see and appreciate what is ours asks only that we stay awake.
To have more of what we value, we must receive, enjoy, appreciate and celebrate.
Life asks that we give praise where praise is due.

Value what you have.
Value who you are.
Value your achievements.
Appreciate your creations.

To give praise feeds positive energy.
To appreciate increases the value.
To be grateful acknowledges the work.
To celebrate shares the good will and worth.

We are worthy of the life we have.
When we live our lives well, we have good lives.
When we ignore the value of our lives, we lose the enjoyment.
When we deny ourselves appreciation and celebration, we become stagnant and stuck.

Have you taken time today to appreciate your whole life?
Are your grateful for your physical and mental health?
Do you acknowledge the food you eat with gratitude?
Are you appreciative of the place in which you live?
Do you cherish the people you love and who love you?
Are you daily giving thanks for all you have given yourself?
Do you spend time and energy demonstrating the value of people and things?

Time

Just returned from our 12 day sabbatical in Hawaii.
The email server when we travel sometimes puts everything into junk mail.

Apologies for the glitches in life.  Only Love prevails.

Affirmations:
I use my time wisely for the Highest Good.
I respect the value of my time for learning and teaching, envisioning and creating.
I take my time to enjoy and celebrate all the good I have and express and experience.
I have fun experimenting with time as a tool for sharing all Good with All.

Time Flies

Time flies when you are having fun.
Time flies when you are busy.
Time disappears when you are in the present.
Time seems to do what you want, when you are on purpose.

Time works for us, when we are clear.
Time works against us, when we are conflicted.
Time seems to follow our lead, when we know what we want.
Time is a tool to be used for Goodness Sake.

Take the “time” to set your intention for each day.
Give yourself time to finish what you start.
Honor your time by not rushing or delaying.
Choose to have the time you need to accomplish.

It is our thoughts about time that confuse us.
When we are at the effect of time, we feel “under pressure”.
When we are in charge of our time, we choose how to use it all.
When we know what is ours to do, we get it all done on time.

Take Your Time!
Time is yours to take.
Give yourself time to do it well.
Give yourself all the time you want.

You are always in the Right Place at the Right Time, doing the Right Thing for the Right Reason.
What an affirmation of your right to choose how you use the power of conscious choice.
We have the opportunity to choose whatever we want with our timing.
Life can move as slow or fast as you want.

When you are out of time, it appears as though you made a mistake in your timing.
However what you have lost was your own ability to take responsibility for your use of time.
Make decisions that work for you and not against you.
If you don’t like to rush, relax and take all the time you want.

If life is moving too slow for you, speed up your pace and make decisions spontaneously.
You need not wait for anyone, unless your priority is to match their timing.
Be patient in your ‘waiting’ for others, so you don’t interfere or confuse with their timing.
Time is one way we can support or get in the way of others timing choices.

Time is a gift to be used to support and encourage more life experiences to benefit ourselves.
Time can be enjoyed when we learn to be awake and aware of our own choices.
Time is the opportunity to maintain integrity with our values and personal vision.
Time can be lost, gained or maintained with a mere change of mind.

Just Do It!

Affirmations:

Step up to your place and take a chance.
Step up to your responsibilities and do something good.
Step up to what is yours to do and be proud of yourself.
Step up and respect your self enough to do the work.

What is yours to do?
What are your responsibilities?
What is your right place to be?
What is the real work in your life?

Consider: You came here to learn something more.
Consider: You are responsible for all your creations.
Consider: You have much to do everyday in everyday with everyone.
Consider:  There is nothing more important than doing your own work.

The lazy ones complain about others.
The ignorant ones pretend to know.
The arrogant ones try to tell others.
The willing ones simply do their own work.

It is time for each one of us to step up and do our own work.
Clean up our mind and clean up our own words and actions.
Take the time to really care for ourselves and our family.
It is time to be aware of our mistakes and forgive ourselves.

There are many “do-overs” in life.
When we make the same mistakes, we have not learned.
When we complain about others’ mistakes, we delay our own progress.
When we mind our own business and tend our own garden, we can step up and show up for others.

Life is active and inter-active.
Life is personal, relational and impersonal.
Life is a valuable tool in never-ending expanding consciousness.
Life is a amazing amalgamation of all we have ever done and had and been.

When we are fearful, we may hold back, stay asleep and let others DO IT!
When we are critical and judgmental, we may withhold our own ideas and willingness
When we are trusting and free ourselves, we will step up, show up and go for it.
When we are open-minded and appreciative, we may be inspired and encourage everyone to participate.

Today is your chance to wake up and choose what is right and true for you.
This moment is your time to change your mind and move toward trust and freedom.
Right now you can step up to what you know you need to give and be and do for you.
Life gives you the green light to live in delight every second, because you can choose.

Learning

Affirmations:
I learn easily from everyone and everything.

Are you getting the messages you want to hear?

Have you learned all that you came here to know?
Have you taken the time to receive all you are given?
Are you awake enough to really get what is yours?
Are you too arrogant or ignorant to want to learn more?

Some say everything is a lesson in Love.
Some believe that life is a learning laboratory.
Some see life as a Universe City.
 You can learn to succeed or ignore and fail.

Every relationship offers ways to learn and grow.
Every experience gives us time to learn and know.
Every moment we have things to choose.
Every conversation we can win or lose.

We develop positive study and learning habits when we pay attention.
When we judge our failures, we can get stuck in blame and victimization.
We can advance quickly in life by listening to our own inner guidance.
When we follow the crowd, we make the same mistakes as we see in others.

Seek teachings and teachers that you respect and admire.
Observe how they learned and made their lives succeed.
Practice daily using the principles of trust and freedom.
Forgive mistakes easily and try, try, try again.

It is never too late to learn.
Mistakes are never a problem for the active learner.
Life is never ending and constant learning and improving.
Stay alive, awake and enthusiastic about learning.

All Good

Affirmations:
I am blessed with Good.
I share the Good I have.
I receive the Good I share.
I am grateful to share the good in my life.

Goodness Created Us Good.

We are here to be Good.
We are here to do Good.
We are here to have Good.
Goodness is what we came to teach and share.

It takes so little to do so much.
We must recognize We Are the Good We seek.
We must remember we came from Good to share the Good.
We must realize our own Goodness.

Within each one of us there is everything Good and Whole and Beautiful.
Within you and me we have what we need for true prosperity.
Within all humanity we are created to be the paradise of Love we seek.
What is required is to access and live the Goodness within ourselves.

When we see ourselves as flawed, so it is we live with our mistaken identity.
When we believe we are sick, wounded or victims, we live out the beliefs we hole.
When we fear our own negativity, resentment, guilt and regret, we withhold our power.
When we forgive our self-limiting thoughts, opinions, fears and doubts, we are free.

Our lives offer us everything we want.
We are free to choose and change.
We are filled with unlimited possibility.
We have access to wisdom and power.

We can be whatever we set our mind and intention to be.
We can undo what is not true and whole and loving.
We can step away from limiting beliefs and opinions.
We can forgive and erase and choose again and again.

Life gives us the choice to walk on any path.
We can choose any place, person or thing.
We can have as much or little access to Goodness.
We can Conceive and Believe whatever we choose to Achieve.

And so it is we awaken and remember.
Life shows us the way to whatever we choose.
When we allow others to choose for us, we neglect our own Self Realization.
Everyday, we can step away and choose again.

Be the Good .
See the Good.
Share the Good.
Have the Good life.

Energy Flows

Affirmations:
I allow the (chi) energy moving through me to support the Good of All.
I use my emotional state to show me where my thoughts reside.
I easily change my emotions by changing my mind.
I have emotions, but I am not my emotions.

Emotions = Energy in Motion

Emotions Move Energy.
When our energy is flowing with a positive intention, there is a positive outcome.
When our emotions are expressed with a creative intention,  we create what we desire.
When our emotions are expressed with a negative intention, we are destructive to ourselves and others.

Energy moves through our thoughts, our words and activities.
Energy can be creative or destructive depending on our intention.
Our human work is to clear our fears and defensiveness to be loving and defenselessness.
No harm comes when we live a no harm life.

Harm no one and you quickly learn how to love everyone.
Live at peace with everyone and you learn how to bring peace to one and all.
Give kindness and consideration to all beings and experience the kindness within yourself.
Understand the value of clearing all limiting and toxic thoughts and feelings by experiencing the result.

We have a mind.  We are not our mind.
We have emotions. We are not our emotions.
We have a body. We are not our body.
Our willingness to use all we have for only Good is our blessed right and gift.

Use what we have for only Good and we prosper.
Use what we have for ill and we are lacking and limited.
Use what we have to benefit others and we are benefitted.
Use what we have to take selfishly and we lose our way.

Everyday in everyway, I am more and more conscious.
Each day offers an opportunity to change my life.
When I change my mind, I learn to choose for only Good.
When I choose my emotions, I use my energy to heal and bless.

Together we are gathering our energy feast for the bounty of all.
