Are You On Purpose?

Affirmations:
I choose to think, speak and act with conscience and consciousness.
I live my life focused on giving the best I have and know.
I choose to be happy everyday in everyway.
I take impeccable care of this gift of life.
  
Are you happy?
Is your life working?
Are your relationships harmonious?
Are you allowing what is to be?

Are you open for change?
Are you willing to do whatever you are called to do?
Is it easy to say NO when something is not right for you?
Have you forgiven the past and found peace ?

Are you listening within for guidance?
Are you trusting in Divine Outcome?
Do you see all things as working together for Good?
Are you taking impeccable care of your whole Self?

Have you paid all your debts?
Are you grateful for what you have?
Are you giving your very best?
Are you awake and responding with trust and freedom?

We are on purpose, when we know all this to be true.
When we feel upset or dissatisfied, we have stepped off path.
When we are bored or lazy, we are off purpose.
When we are critical or guilty, we are off purpose.

Being on purpose is being happy.
Being on purpose is being in integrity.
Being on purpose is listening within.
Being on purpose is forgiving everything and everyone.

With purpose, we are inspired.
With purpose we are focused.
With purpose we are guided.
With purpose we feel at peace.

Purposeful living is doing what matters.
Purposeful living is making a difference.
Purposeful living is respecting all paths.
Purposeful living is living the best we know.

Start every morning with a goal.
Set an intention for every encounter.
Visualize the experience you want to have.
Live and give with passion and purpose.

Daily Practice:

Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.
Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind.
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within.
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive you for being mean.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitation.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.
Make the sound “AAAH” for 1minutes.
Imagine that you are opening your mind.
Now write and say 30 Choices.
I choose to be happy.
I choose to be free.  
I choose to do what I love.
I choose to forgive….

In the Evening (before bed)
Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.
Make the  sound “OM” the Universal sound for Love and God for 1 minute.

PS Even a few of each is better than none.  
Do what you can and trust it is working.
Even when you are driving to work, you can do this process aloud.
The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!
