Affirmations:
I
am who I am.
I
love myself just the way I am.
What
is best for me is to be my authentic Self.
I
clear fear and doubt and live, speak and act with integrity.
Responding to a
question about me:
“I was up all night thinking and
your personality was one of my subjects. I don't deny that you are in
your divine Self and doing divine work on earth, but why do you get to seem
arrogant and have stomping energy and that's ok? Sometimes I see you
fighting or defending positions. Is that spiritual? Please
clarify. I know I should be nice right now to you like a good little Miss
Muffet, like I'm trained to be, but actually you are training me to be more
forthright and honest when I am upset or angry as a woman by example.
Maybe I don't always have to be sweet and nice when I am angry, when I
see something that needs to be corrected by the Holy Spirit. But is
this my ego saying this or my soul?? You seem to come from your soul.
I see miracles through you that seem to be honestly from the revealed
wholeness, but your personality and arrogant energy always challenge me.
I am thankful because I feel I can share this with you in all its rawness
and you'll explain it honestly and not in any intentional way that will hurt me
or slap me down on purpose, but I do rather fear your energy in person. “
You are fun to
challenge me with your thoughts and feelings.

The worldly path
often teaches us to pretend, fit in, be nice, conform and don’t make waves.
The spiritual path
invites us to be real, show up, tell the truth, be independent and be
extraordinary.
You are Love and
Love is trust and freedom.
Love is freeing and
trusting you to be you.

said it well, but even then held back.
When you know who
and whose you are, you will give all to all, all the time.
I invite you to
show up authentically.
When you question or
doubt you or judge me, it is our ego asking us withhold and play small.
When you admire,
respect and value each unique personality, you learn to listen with your heart.
Every upset or
irritation shows us we are off purpose and not living our own true purpose.
When I seem to bump
you, it is because you are not yet fully being and appreciating being you.
Perhaps I am in your
life to remind you there is more for you to fully be you.
I know there is more
of the Real and authentic you waiting to be discovered.
Blessings for the
joy of it all.

Below
is a great exercise for you to practice to set you free to be.
PS: FYI
The definition of
arrogance may appear to be what I express.
1. Having or displaying a sense of
overbearing self-worth or self-importance.
2. Marked by or arising from a feeling or
assumption of one's superiority toward others:
I do
love, trust and free myself to fully be and express all I Am.
However,
I never see anyone less than me.
I
see all of us need to be much greater than we allow ourselves to be.
When
you totally love yourself, you are willing to be all that you are.
“Our Greatest Fear”
Our greatest fear
is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond
measure.
It is our light,
not our darkness,
that most frightens
us.
We ask ourselves,
“Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?”
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that others won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest
the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us,
it is in everyone,
and as we let our own light shine
we unconsciously give other people
permission
to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear
our presence automatically liberates others.
Marianne Williamson, 1992
Getting Free
(By
Setting Others Free)
It is not
unusual for us human beings to secretly wish and hope that the people we’re
close to don’t become too magnificent. We don’t really want these
significant others to be too free or too powerful or too
creative or too successful or to dream too wild a dream. We
actually prefer that they stay small, “manageable”, non-threatening, tame.
After all, we don’t want to be made to feel uncomfortable or inadequate or
diminished or challenged by the boldness and joyfulness with which someone else
lives his or her life.
But, until
we are willing and actively desire that the key people in our lives be
totally free and powerful, we cannot be free and powerful ourselves. So, here
is an affirmation-prayer that may help us begin freeing others, so that we can
begin to free ourselves.
I, _____(your name)_____ want you, _____(his or her name)_____, to be the highest,
clearest, most powerful expression of God that you can be. I would not limit
you in any way, knowing that only as I encourage you to expand, explore and
grow, can I myself be free. So I fully support you in being and expressing all
that you are.
I want you
to go where you feel called to go, to speak and act as you feel guided, and to
express yourself in whatever ways seem right. There is nothing I do not want
you to do, for I know that all movement is contained within God and always
leads us to Him.
I am at
peace with whatever decisions and choices you make, no matter how they may seem
to affect me. Since I know that God loves and supports me perfectly, I know
that however you choose to be with me must be a manifestation of that divine
love and support. Because I trust God, I trust you. And because I trust you, I
trust myself.
So, be
free, be powerful, be unlimited. And know that I, _________, want you,
_________, to be the highest, clearest, most powerful expression of God that
you can be. I fully support you in being all that you are.
