Clean Up After Yourself

Affirmations:
I love keep my life clean and clear.
I choose to live, work and play, in energetically clean spaces.
I leave no mess for anyone else to clean up.
I give myself a fresh start everyday.
I leave my home each day the way I want to find it.

When we make a mess, as children we learned to clean up after ourselves.
When we make a mess in our relationships we are responsible for cleaning up the mess.
When we make a mess in our lives, we are to clean up after ourselves.
When we make a mess with our finances, we need to clean up after ourselves.

How do you clean up?  One step at a time.
If you make a mess in the kitchen, clean it up.
If you make a mess anywhere, clean it up.
No need to wait until someone tells you.

Between 3-5 yrs of age, you should know that everyone cleans up their own mess.
If no one taught you, teach yourself.
If they told you, but never set the example, learn it now.
Everyone must clean up their own messes or every home and the world will become a garbage dump.

If you realize you need to clean up the mess, you will quickly learn to stop making messes.
If you take responsibility for your mess, you will rapidly learn how to be respectful and responsible.
If even one person changes their attitude and behavior, everyone will benefit.
If Parents clean up their own physical, emotional, relational and financial mess, everyone learns.

We also need to clean up our messes and mistakes in every area of our lives.
If we make a mess financially, we must take responsibility for paying our debts.
If we make a mess in our relationships, we must  apologize, make amends and take responsibility.
If we make a mess with our health, we must  forgive ourselves, learn and  make better choices.

We must clean up our messes everyday and throughout life.
We do not learn a better way when someone cleans up after us.
We do not understand responsibility, when others make it easy to let things go.
We do not recognize the power of decision making, when others do it for us.

To clean up after yourself strengthens and empowers you.
To clean up after yourself is the opportunity to appreciate WORK.
To clean up after yourself teaches, respect and responsibility.
To clean up after yourself is the path to full realization and appreciation.

Clean and clear your life from inside out.
Clean your body, your home, your emotions and thoughts everyday.
Clear you thoughts and words, with affirmations and choose wisely.
Clear your emotions and behaviors with forgiveness and gratitude.

Your whole life is your responsibility.
Leave nothing incomplete, unsettled and unhealthy.
Give your whole life inside and outside a thorough cleaning regularly.
Honor yourself with the very best everywhere.

Trusting you to love yourself well,
Betty Lue
