What Inspires You?

Affirmations:
I choose to be happy, inspired and motivated everyday.
I choose to get up each morning and use this day for Good.
I appreciate the energy and ideas I have.
I freely share and encourage the best in me and in others.

What inspires you and fills you with joy and enthusiasm?
What motivates you to get up and do something meaningful?
What interests you to observe, research and learn more good?
What do you choose to make your life rich with inspiration, motivation, information?

Some are depressed.
Some are lethargic.
Some are bored.
Some are just plain stuck in a rut with nothing to inspire, motivate or interest them.

The usual underlying cause of stuckness is fear of failure, pain or disappointment.
When feeling restricted in freedom of choice, boredom may arise.
When being discouraged from exploring new ideas, lethargy may show up.
When getting condemned for changing,  being different or experimenting, depression may result.

Look for what makes you happy, interested and motivated.
What brings your energy?
What do you enjoy seeing and doing?
Who do you like to be with and how?

Questions beg an answer.
Pause and reflect and anyone or anything that you truly loved doing.
How can you give yourself a life you really want to LIVE?
Inquire within yourself about what really does release the depression, lethargy and boredom.

Those who believe they are limited, lacking and little, may wait for release.
Those who feel unworthy, incapable and incomplete may quit on life.
Those who think of themselves as guilty, bad, sick or crazy may hide from themselves and others.
Those who are lost in a world of confusion, contradiction and complexity, may be overwhelmed.

When stuck, instead of endless asking “Why?”, ask “What Can I do?”
When stuck, instead of waiting for outside help, seek something beautiful, good of amazing to observe.
When stuck, instead of sitting and doing nothing, get up and go for a new place to be and see.
When stuck, think “What?”, feel “How?” And do “Something new and different!”

Life cannot be inspiring when you think, feel and do what you have always thought, felt and done.
Life is unlimited in thoughts, feelings and doings.
When we have limited our choices, because we are waiting for outside voices, we lose connection.
When we are victims of our current experience, we are unwilling to be responsible for our choices.

YES! Motivation and inspiration depend on you to choose again.
Open-mindedness and willingness are the keys to see differently/
Responsibility for oneself is the open door to respond with love.
Love for oneself is the freedom to choose and trust our choice.

 Loving you all ways.
I trust you to free yourself to BE YOU!
