Affirmations:
I take
out the trash and the past has passed.
I
release all thinking about what is no longer here.
I
clear the fear, when I let myself hear, “Be free.”
I now
seek only Who, What and Where I choose to be.
Dump the garbage.
Clean out your
withheld pain.
Flush the toilet of
toxic thoughts.
Clear your closet of
yesterday’s debris.
Too often people
hold on to hurtful memories.
Too much “stinkin’
thinkin’’ keep us stuck in what used to be.
Too many mistaken
choices keep us in guilt.
Too many secrets and
unfulfilled promises make us live in regret.
It is time to let
go of the past.
We need to undo what
is not true.
It is our work to
let go of the old.
We must release or
we will not be free.
Do the real work!
You may not like it,
but it is yours to do.
Only you can sort
through what you brought to yourself.
Only you can clear
what is filled with unhappiness and fear.
Some have
bonfires; some burn down the house.
Some simply empty
the garbage and take out the trash.
Some create
earthquakes and break ups and divorces.
Some run away from
the mess and do it all over again.
A gentler and
more thorough way is to let it all go.
Keep or create only
what brings you joy and inner peace.
Forgive what is
released and give it your blessing.
Trust the learning
has come and you can be done.
Life
is a journey with only a backpack or the shirt on your back.
Home is the place where you feel safe in
the love you share.
Safety is found when there are no regrets,
guilt or fear.
Abundance is carried with us with true
forgiveness and Gratitude.
Release, give
away, undo and delete.
Forgive yourself for
hoarding the past.
Give up the habit of
constipated thinking.
Delete historical hurtful
emails and writings.
Only you can free
yourself from what never belonged to you.
The past is past.
Kept in a vault or
journal, an archive or memory, only serves to keep you stuck.
When you release
what is gone from your mind and body, our home any history, you will be free to
be.
Step free of
painful memorabilia.
Your history is not
yours.
Stop emotional
hoarding.
Your life is yours
again to choose today.
Be free and you
will see Who You Want to Be!
Love, only and
always Love.

¤ I love you
¤
and I know you love me too.
LOVE IS FREEDOM
The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.
The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.
The freedom to express our own truth as we see it.
LOVE IS TRUST
The trust that there is a constant flow of love,
no
matter what.
The trust that, in spite of life’s problems,
we believe in and support each other’s right
to live
as we choose.
The trust that in adversity,
there is healing and learning and gifts of love.
The trust that under conflict and emotional
expression,
there is love
I love you and I trust you.
I free you to be all you are.
