Affirmations:
Today
I honor Who I Am as I Am.
I
give myself permission to be unlimited and free.
I
find my truth as I express my thoughts, feeling and values.
My
whole life works, as I live in integrity with what is “right and true” for me.
Flag Day reminds us to honor our right to be free!
Do you live what
you believe?
Do you speak who you
are?
Do you mean what you
say?
Do you honor the way
you feel?
I believe in
being real, so I don’t fake how I feel.
I share trust and
freedom for all.
I know I am ever
changing, so I allow us all to be.
I honor my needs and
trust myself.
When I live in
integrity with me, I easily allow others to be.
When I free myself,
I am freeing you to be you.
When I trust myself,
I trust you to be as you are.
Each one of us is
the gift we are here to have and give and be.
When I work, I
work with power and focus.
When I play, I play
with joy and freedom.
When I rest, I rest
with peace and tranquility.
When I create, I
create with Love and flow.
My needs for
working and resting are solitary and silent.
When I work, I want
no talk or interaction, for I am focused and meditative.
When I am
single-minded on work I need no interruption or distraction.
When I am allowing
myself to rest, I want stillness and quiet to simply be.
My needs for
playing are interactive and sharing and caring.
When I play, I enjoy
talking and listening, for I am learning and teaching.
When I am
co-creating, I need the interaction to inspire and enlighten the process.
When I am creating
the space of Love, freedom and trust with others, we join in our play.
My needs for
creating from within, I begin with silence and openness.
When creating a plan
or project, I start with alone time and quiet.
When creating a
place of beauty and order, I love to work by myself.
When creating a
better life for us all, I vision within and use inner guidance and wisdom.
My life is mostly
subjective or Self referring.
Most lives in
our culture are externally referring.
I need to listen
within to myself with full attention.
Others often
need to listen to others for their ideas and approval.
Whether
self-referring or externally referring, we need to find a place in time to
simply be who we are.
Whether
we want partnership in all things or need to do things our way, we need to
honor our way.
Whether
we want other’s approval, or approve of ourselves, we need to live the way that
works for us.
Whether
we live for optimum outcome or for the enjoyment of process, we need to follow
our path.
My hope and
prayer is that each one dares to do what is yours to do in the way that is
fulfilling for you.
Loving us in our
uniqueness,

Getting Free
(By
Setting Others Free)
It is not unusual for us human beings to secretly wish
and hope that the people we’re close to don’t become too magnificent. We
don’t really want these significant others to be too free or too
powerful or too creative or too successful or to dream too
wild a dream. We actually prefer that they stay small, “manageable”,
non-threatening, tame. After all, we don’t want to be made to feel
uncomfortable or inadequate or diminished or challenged by the boldness and
joyfulness with which someone else lives his or her life.
But, until
we are willing and actively desire that the key people in our lives be
totally free and powerful, we cannot be free and powerful ourselves. So, here
is an affirmation-prayer that may help us begin freeing others, so that we can
begin to free ourselves.
I, _____(your name)_____ want you, _____(his or her name)_____, to be the highest,
clearest, most powerful expression of God that you can be. I would not limit
you in any way, knowing that only as I encourage you to expand, explore and
grow, can I myself be free. So I fully support you in being and expressing all
that you are.
I want you to go where you feel called to go, to speak and act as
you feel guided, and to express yourself in whatever ways seem right. There is
nothing I do not want you to do, for I know that all movement is contained
within God and always leads us to Him.
I am at
peace with whatever decisions and choices you make, no matter how they may seem
to affect me. Since I know that God loves and supports me perfectly, I know
that however you choose to be with me must be a manifestation of that divine
love and support. Because I trust God, I trust you. And because I trust you, I
trust myself.
So, be
free, be powerful, be unlimited. And know that I, _________, want you,
_________, to be the highest, clearest, most powerful expression of God that
you can be. I fully support you in being all that you are.
