I am always talking and writing to myself.
Everyone who blesses, criticizes, questions, channels and/or ignores is addressing themselves.
When I ask the question,”Who Do You Think You Are?”, I am talking to me.
We often mistake others comments, stories, innuendos and accusations by taking them personally.
When we begin to realize that whatever comes from within is addressed to the one we are, we will be awakening, healing and freeing ourselves from the patterning, programming and history of our past.
It takes much understanding to learn that what we give, we receive.
The Stories we tell are telling us what we are or need to be.
The advice we give is our own wakeup call.
And so it is that perhaps we need to listen more.
Listen within as well as listening to ourselves speak.
Read what we write to see if we need to change our stories.
Stop and rewrite the script so that it is always healing and liberating.
Listen when we speak.
Immediately apologize for what we do not want to hear.
Give ourselves the attention we desire.
Repeat only those stories which are encouraging and trustworthy.
It takes time to unlearn what usually takes years to learn.
Forgive and erase the memory of what may have taken generations of belief.
Respond to everything that comes to mind with conscious awareness and willingness to undo.
Clean the archived material in us, until only a spotless mirror radiating Love remains.
Yes, you are a light…when all the darkness is washed away in forgiveness.
Yes, you are the love….that clears all fear and remains as healing as the One.
Yes, you tell the truth… when you give up all lies repeated to seek retribution.
Yes, you are the One…..when you recognize you are seeking the Healing One within.
It takes humanity to make us human.
It takes the forgiveness of ourselves to realize our Divinity.
It requires the willingness to let go of what others say or think to realize the Self.
It asks that we stop dumping our errors on one another and let them be undone.
How can we do all this, except through Holiness?
How can we be free, expect through letting go?
How can we see, except by releasing our clouded vision?
How can we give, except by knowing we are unlimited?
I can only know the beauty, goodness and Love in you, because I know it within me.
I can only hear the blessing, appreciation and generosity of others, because it lives in me.
I can only believe in the healing, the wholeness and Holiness in you, because I have it in me.
And so it is, we live and have our Being in the One We Are.
Loving you as I love myself.
