Why Are You Here?

In a world of chaos and dramatic change, it may seem overwhelming to handle the stresses of today.
There seems to be a grand undoing of what held institutions, nations, families together.
With disintegration we may feel increased anxiety, defensiveness and lack of coherence and meaning.
This is our time to transform ourselves into the resilient, creative and purposeful beings we are here to be.

What can you do to not only manage the changes, but to step forward with clarity and commitment to serve?
What are you willing to do to create a new vision and a new paradigm of service within you?
How are you going to bring a new stability and security to your own life in order to inspire others?
When nothing seems the same, how do you bring order to chaos and peace to all the conflicting beliefs?

Yes, the world is distressed.
The environment, economy, education, governments, health care, businesses, families all are changing.
Dramatic change, lack of coherence and familiarity create anxiety and even feelings of despair.
People feel isolated, judged, endangered, out of control, overwhelmed, adrift in a sea of meaninglessness.

Each one of us has a world of our own, a veritable kingdom of people and possibilities, we teach and serve.
When our own lives are falling apart, it is impossible to bring stability and security to others.
Only when we reclaim our own values and rename our own purpose can we help others with sincerity.
Begin by creating your own clear values and principles from which to live with meaning and purpose.

Be honest about your priorities and honor them consistently.
Be clear about your choices and commitment and keep them deliberately.
Be impeccable with your words and be willing to be true to what is real.
Be generous with your forgiveness of past mistakes and choose again for what you prefer.

Appreciating you for being willing to be the One to always give your best!

The 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing
1.    The essence of our being is love.
2. Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.
3.   Giving and receiving are the same.
4. We can let go of the past and of the future.
5.   Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.
6.    We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.
7.    We can become love finders rather than fault finders.
8.    We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.    We are students and teachers to each other.
10. We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11. Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.   We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.
Attitudinal Healing affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
