Kicking Bad Habits

What is getting in your way?
What keeps you from Being You?
What holds you back and takes your attention?
What stops you from loving You?

When we have a need, craving, addiction or habit that interferes with fully living, we are impaired.
When we are consumed with needing something or someone so much we lose our way, we are limited.
When we are giving our time, energy and money to what isn’t healthy for us, we are hurting ourselves.
When we are stuck in an activity that takes precedence over our purpose, we are living separate from Self.

To love ourselves is to fulfill our purpose.
To love ourselves is to live our mission.
To be abundant, we must give our attention and intention to Source.
To prosper ourselves, we must focus on what really matters.

Addictions, bad habits, neediness and cravings are all indicators of living off purpose
They are all distractions, detours and delays that turn our energy away from our true Self and Source.
They may be used as ego tools to handle the pain of living separate from Source.
They can consume our time, energy, money, plus our power and peace.

We can focus on getting rid of what doesn’t work.
Spiritual Law: What you focus on you feed and increase.
We can focus on separating from and avoiding.
Spiritual Law: What you resist, persists.
We can focus on avoiding and denying.
Spiritual Law: What you try hard to avoid or pretend isn’t there, may still be a trial.
We can forgive our mistaken choice and choose again.
Spiritual Law: Forgiveness is an eraser filled with Love.
We can be honest about our dependence or addiction and ask for spiritual help.
Spiritual Law: Thought creates.
We can replace an unhealthy habit with a healthy one.
Spiritual Law: Connect with Source and Align with Higher Power for success.

The world is filled with potential distractions, addictions and attachments.
Whatever receives our attention will be strongest.
When we make stuff of the world our idol, source and savior, it will dominate.
Choose to live in alignment with what is for your Highest and Best Good.

Bottom Line:
To be free, know and Love Yourself.
To be powerful, live your Holy Purpose.
To be abundant, give your Best to everyone all the time.

Loving You,
Betty Lue
