Have you ever noticed that you have what you want, and what you don’t want?
Have you wondered how you are creating your experience, if you have what you don’t want?
Have you considered that “not wanting” is just as powerful as “wanting”?
Is it possible that our judgment of “what is” or what appears to be, holds it in place?
Instead of blaming, fixing, criticizing, fearing and avoiding, how about deleting?
Instead of judging, calling on an expert, analyzing, understanding or figuring it out, how about letting go?
Instead of medicating, investigating, looking for a “quick fix”, or “fixing agent”, how about forgiving?
Have you practiced forgiveness in the deleting and erasing and “white out” way?
I have been experimenting all my life with undoing mental thoughts, judgments, worries and drama.
I have played with undoing what I fear and creating what is natural, whole and truly helpful.
I have explored the possibility that in our imagination we have created stuff to fix and heal.
I have watched how humanity doubts its creative power and has created defenses and denials against itself.
Thoughts Create
Everything can be erased, reversed, and undone.
Thank Goodness for that!
When we make a mistake or “miscreate,” do we instantly and easily erase and undo?
Or do we make a big deal by judging, analyzing (Why”) and trying to understand?
If we have created the world we see, is it what we want?
We are playing in the sandbox of life creating whatever we think we want or have learned to want.
We usually get attached to our creations and keep them forever or hate or try to fix or destroy them.
We can just as easily let them go and create something new.
What is our responsibility, if not to forgive, erase, undo what is not wholly true, good and loving.
How can we do this if we are invested in the world we have made up?
How can we undo what we are trying to fix, heal, avoid, defend against and make real?
Perhaps we need a different kind of experiment and just change our mind and our perceptions.
In behavior modification we know what we ignore is extinguished or dissolves with our lack of attention.
We have seen distraction can change the tone of arguments, temper tantrums and children’s complaints.
We have seen how the body heals itself when left alone to its own natural process?
We may have noticed how letting “sleeping dogs lie”, often keeps problems away.
If all things work together for good, trust will resolve (dissolve) every seeming problem.
If we believe we are here to learn, then everything happens so that we can learn.
If life is a failsafe learning laboratory, them we can relax and enjoy our experiments.
If everything works more perfectly than we can plan, then we can let go and enjoy it all.
What if we have been interfering with what is already whole and complete?
What if in our dream of what should be we mess with what is happening naturally.
What if we are causing more pain and suffering with our attention and focus on what is causing pain.
What if in everything we see, beneath the apparency, there is life and joy, ease and peace?
Are we here making a worse mess of what already is undoing itself?
Can we let go of it all and really trust God?
Once we name the cause, have we not agreed that it is real?
What we name, we claim.
Is there anyplace that you see you can release and let go, trusting God, Spirit, Love to run your life?
Begin where you are and take tiny steps in the direction of freedom and trust.
Believe and you will see what you believe.
To believe in the ephemeral is to make idols of what is not real and lasting.
Feel free to erase this loving reminder, if it is not helpful for you.
Loving us all as we awaken the sleeping giant, the eternal Truth, the power of Love, within.
