What you do everyday must matter to you or you wouldn’t do it.
Brush your teeth, eat, sleep, and what else seems to matter to you?
Watch TV, go to work, pay your bills, talk with someone, buy stuff?
Does your source of inspiration, your spiritual life, living your values really matter to you?
Think about how you spend your time, energy and money.
Where you focus most time, money and energy determines what you value and what will manifest.
When you are focused on what you don’t have, you will never seem to have enough.
When you are appreciate how much you have, you will have more and will value what you have.
Where we place our attention, our value, and attend to what we value, we increase it all.
To spend time worrying, we will continue and even expand all our worries.
When we avoid paying bills, we will increase our negligence, fear and negative reactions about money.
When we pray, affirm, trust, appreciate our true prosperity and happiness, we have more prosperity.
To change from the negative focus to the positive may seem difficult when we ingest negativity.
What we watch on TV and what we talk about with others increases that experience in our minds.
The thoughts held in mind produce and create like kind.
The world doesn’t happen to us. The world happens through us and our thinking.
We must choose our thoughts, because thought creates.
We must choose our words, because we will receive what we express.
We must choose our actions, because our behavior defines us and our relationships.
We must choose what we want to have and practice it in mind, in expression and in activities.
I choose every morning listening within and writing these Loving Reminders as my inspiration.
I choose to focus myself and all of us on the Good in us, the Good we give and the good we Have.
I choose to keep myself inspired by living the Truth I know.
I choose to be a Loving Reminders, so that I always remember what is True and Loving for all.
Now what do you choose?
Do you choose a good life?
Do you choose a life of Love?
Do you choose to be inspired and inspiring?
Do you choose wisely the TV you watch and the books you read?
Do you choose who you talk with and the words to say and take in?
Do you choose how you plan your day, choosing activities that inspire you?
Do you choose to forgive, undo, and let go of everything that depresses and depletes you?
Life is your choose.
We have unlimited options and freedom to choose.
Are you willing to take responsibility for all your choices?
Do you trust yourself to choose wisely and forgive your mistakes quickly.
Now is the time.
You are the One.
Ingest the best and forgive the rest.
Loving us as we do what really matters to us,
Betty Lue
