Returning to Kalamazoo, MI and Lowell, IN August 5-8 (See schedule Below!)
When Things Get Difficult…..
When life seems hard, stop and be still.
When you feel anxious, stop and find inner peace.
When you are stressing and serious, stop and appreciate your life.
When you notice that life is no longer fun and safe and easy, you are simply off path and off purpose.
When life is flowing, enjoy the flow.
When life feels easy, appreciate the ease.
When life is fun and playful, share your delight.
When you notice life is fun, safe and easy, validate and affirm you are in integrity and on purpose.
It is easy to tell when you are not living your highest truth.Life is not fun, safe and easy.
It is safe to step away from difficulties to find your path again.Life shows us when we are not coming from our values and our higher purpose.
It becomes fun to notice when life works and when life doesn’t work for us.When we notice things becoming difficult, scary and stressful, it is time to take a pause.
When we judge life’s stresses, we get stuck with them.
When we resist or try to avoid difficulties, we amplify them.
When blame or feel guilty about problems, we increase their frequency.
It is essential that we forgive all judgments, simply notice and choose again.
Breathe deep into your belly.
Count to 10. And back again.
Interrupt your habitual thinking.
Distract yourself.
Look for something to enjoy and appreciate.
Affirm your self. “I love, trust and respect myself and my choices.”Be open and willing to find the highest and best solution.
“What can I do now that will have the most positive outcome?”Ask yourself: What is my truth? What are my values? What do I really want above all?
All too often we are conditioned and programmed to live conforming to others.
Too often we are called to react with fear rather than respond with peace and love.
Our old habits of mind inter-fear with our new habits of heart which heal and bring ease.
When we learn to stop and listen within, we can find and choose the high way to fun, safe and easy.
Recommending simplicity, inner peace and freedom to listen and follow your own inner guidance.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
