Commitment

Are you wholly committed to anything?
Are you 100% focused on one goal or ideal?
Do you give your time, energy and money devotedly to any singular purpose?
Are you really choosing what matters in your life?

The degree to which we are committed and focused is the degree to which we achieve anything.
When we eliminate distractions, detours, doubts and delays, we achieve what we are committed to.
When we are on purpose and honoring wholeheartedly any singular goal, we have what we want.
When we are handling the complexities of everyday life and lose our focus, we do not achieve.

Are you committed to losing weight?
If we truly could spend 100% of our energies 24/7, the results would be miraculous.
Are you committed to being happy?
If we would choose only those thoughts, words and activities that support our happiness, we would be.

How about committing to your own happiness and fulfillment?
How about committing to being in love and at peace?
How about committing to being free from worry and feeling secure?
How about committing to contributing and being of service?

When we create expansive commitments, many times it is easier to devote 100% Attention than to choose a specific commitment.
100% of our energies can more easily go to being grateful, than to losing 15 lbs.
So why not choose bigger goals that incorporate the smaller desires.
I commit to fully supporting myself energized and of service to those around me.
I commit myself to live in trust so that I can give as I am guided from within.
I commit myself to being healthy and happy mentally, physically and spiritually.
I commit myself to live my highest purpose with gratitude and joy.

After clarifying what it is you are wholly committed to, the work is to eliminate all the distractions, doubts and delays.  The work is to invite everything you think, say and do to be fully supporting your overall commitment.  The work is to align with those people, places, sights and sounds that serve only and always your highest good.  The work is to love yourself so well that you step away from anything that does not serve you loving, respecting and trusting YOU.

So I invite you to join me in committing this day and everyday to loving, serving and remembering You.
I encourage you to commit to being the one who gives you always and only the very best.
I applaud you for daring to commit 100% to living and giving the very best you have to you and All.
I love you and me for being the ones who dare to focus only on what is Good for all concerned.

Loving you,

Betty Lue
