Appreciate the Giver

Mother’s Day is this Sunday, May 9.
Mothers represent Love, nurturing and nourishing life.
The feminine energy symbolizes unconditional love kindness and giving.
Mother Earth provides the abundant resources we need to live fully and freely.

We are grateful for the ultimate gifts of mothering.
The energy and caring of giving birth, sheltering and protecting.
Often those who give are taken for granted.
Many times we criticize the giver and focus on the gift, rather than fully appreciate the Giver.

Do you appreciate loud and clear those who give to you?
Do you recognize when others are being thoughtful, helpful and caring?
Do you honor the Givers in the world, those for whom Giving comes naturally?
Do you remember that what you appreciate, you increase?

As we appreciate the Giver, we strengthen the Giver in ourselves.
As we are grateful for the gifts, we increase the joy for the Giving.
As we acknowledge the value of the Givingness, we encourage kindness in our world.
When we value both the Giver and the Giving, we bless the Givingness in those around us.

In a world of apparent neediness and lack, we make the mistake of focusing on what is missing.
We make the mistake of increasing neediness with our attention on it.
Takers often suck, drain and demand of givers endlessly more and more.
When we take from those who give freely, let us remember to give back with gratitude.

Thank you is so simple and easy to give.
Genuinely writing notes saying the workd, giving a hug or just fully appreciating the gift is enough.
Givers love to give, but may drained by giving to those who do not appreciate.
Givers find blessing in giving and receive the gifts they give.

It is when we appreciate the Givers in our world that we recognize how essential they are.
It is in valuing giving and the gifts that we become a Giver ourselves.
When we remember “Life is for giving And we are the Gift”, we value the Richness of the Gifts we give.
Make it a daily habit to appreciate everyone for their givingness and we will change the world.

There will always be plenty for everyone when we all are willing to Give!
LOVING US ALL AS ONE,
Betty Lue
