You Are Teaching

With every word, every activity and even your thoughts and inner vision, you are teaching your world.
With your emotions, with your intention, with your casual conversations, you are teaching others.
With your choices, with your chosen life work, with your expenditures, you are teaching everyone.
With your values, with your priorities, with your spirituality, you are leading your those you encounter.

Whether in private or in public, seen or unseen, you are teaching what you want your world to be.
You see, you do every moment make a difference in our world.
What you watch on TV is making its mark.
The meals you cook, the books you read, the jokes you tell, are each and all a part of your ministry.

Yes, you have a ministry, a calling, a place in this world that matters.
You matter at work and at home, with friends, with family and even with strangers your don’t know.
You are shaping the future of our society, our politics, our freedoms and our responsibilities.
You are guiding are advancement and evolution as a people, as a culture and as humanity.

More than you can possibly know, you have already influenced thousands and thousands of people.
Those you think of, those you speak with, those you encounter in everyday situations are taught by you.
Your behavior, your tone of voice, your facial expression, your physical contact are all noticed.
Your respect, your gratitude, your smiles, your desires and needs are all impacting others.

Whether you are in an audience with hundreds of people or meeting one on one, the speaker hears, feels and knows your good will and encouragement.
Whether you are in good health or not, a good mood or not, conscious or not, others take notice.
Whether you say hello and goodbye, make eye contact or avoid, are in a hurry or take your time, others feel the difference.
You see, you are a very important part of everyone’s world.

How about noticing that you are important?
How about realizing your true purpose?
How about being responsible for what you think, say and do?
How about being the One who makes the difference to be true?

It is time for us all to step up and show up.
It is time for us to pay attention and tell the highest Truth.
It is time for us to make amends for mistakes and choose again for Goodness sake.
It is time for us to give our best and let go of the rest.

It is time to trust that when each one of us is fully present playing our part with full consciousness and self respect, the world will change easily and quickly for the better for all beings.
It is time.
You are the One.
Bless you for your willingness,
Betty Lue
A beautiful reminder forwarded to me.

WHEN YOU THOUGHT I WASN'T LOOKING

A message every adult should read because children
are watching you and doing as you do, not as you say.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you hang my
first painting on the refrigerator, and I immediately
wanted to paint another one.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you feed a
stray cat, and I learned that it was good to be kind
to animals.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make my
favorite cake for me, and I learned that the little
things can be the special things in life.

When you thought I wasn't looking I heard you say a
prayer, and I knew that there is a God I could always
talk to, and I learned to trust in Him.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make a
meal and take it to a friend who was sick, and I
learned that we all have to help take care of each other.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you take care
of our house and everyone in it, and I learned we have
to take care of what we are given.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw how you
handled your responsibilities, even when you didn't
feel good, and I learned that I would have to be
responsible when I grow up.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw tears come
from your eyes, and I learned that sometimes things
hurt, but it's all right to cry.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw that you
cared, and I wanted to be everything that I could be.

When you thought I wasn't looking I learned most of
life's lessons that I need to know to be a good and
productive person when I grow up.

When you thought I wasn't looking I looked at you and
wanted to say,'Thanks for all the things I saw when
you thought I wasn't looking'

I AM SENDING THIS TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE I KNOW
WHO DO SO MUCH FOR OTHERS,
BUT THINK THAT NO ONE EVER SEES.
LITTLE EYES SEE A LOT .

Each of us (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, teacher, friend)
influences the life of a child.

How will you touch the life of someone today? Just by
sending this to someone else, you will probably make
them at least think about their influence on others.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
