Crazy?

Affirmations:

I give loving kindness to those I encounter.

I am here to be truly helpful.

Helping others is helpful to me.

I do what is good for me and share the Goodness with others.

When Life Gets Crazy…….

What do you do when life gets out of hand?

What do you do when you get really afraid?

What do you do when you feel lost and alone?

What do you do when you don’t know what to do?

Find the most helpful person.

Find the most calm place.

Find someone you can help.

Find some paper and write.

Find an inspirational book to read.

Find a picture of hope and helpfulness.

Find a way to be grateful.

Find a distraction with a friend.

Find time to treat yourself with kindness.

Find a special trip to the beach or woods or mountain top.

Find a park to watch children play.

Find a craft to create something beautiful.

Find a song to sing that makes you feel.

Find a mirror and talk to yourself.

Find a friend to walk with you.

Find someone who needs a hug.

Make your own prescription list when you are well.

The key to emotional health is to know what to do when you get blue.

Plan ahead for times when you are lost, afraid and down.

Be aware of what might work for you.

Too many people spend too much time alone and afraid.

Too many children and elders spend too much time alone and insecure.

Too many women spend too much time questioning what they are doing.

Too many men spend too much time wondering whether they are valued.

Everyone needs help sometimes.

Everyone can help someone when they need help.

Everyone needs someone to care.

Everyone can reach out and care.

When we realize we are all here to care and help one another, we will not feel alone and afraid.

When we each reach out listening with interest, everyone will find someone to care for.

When we learn to care for one another, the world will return to compassion and kindness.

When we feel compassion and kindness, everyone begins to hope and trust and love.

This is our healing solution for ourselves and each other.

Ask, “What can I do?”

Do what you can to be helpful.

Appreciate what we all do for one another.

Loving you for doing what you can for yourself and others,

Betty Lue
