Give Thanks!

Affirmations:
I choose my attitude of gratitude.
I prefer to expand my energy with appreciation.
I forgive my lack of thanks giving.
I enjoy the my attitude for goodness sake.

How Do You Give Thanks!

Every time you remember to be grateful, you receive more.
It’s about time we appreciate what we have.
It is our responsibility to give thanks for all we love.
And we certainly need to appreciate what we do.

Lets start a new fad:  Give Thanks!
We can begin our own wave of gratitude.
We can give abundant appreciation for it all.
For indeed we are responsible for our creations and appreciations.

It is fun, safe and easy to enjoy.
It costs nothing and creates more of everything.
We can easily notice and enjoy the beauty.
We can naturally “ooh” and “aah” over the Good stuff.

Why not go for it?
It is about time we really value what is valuable.
This is how we achieve more of what we value.
Laugh, smile, give “thanks” and fully enjoy the Good.

Do you know all that gratitude brings forth?
The more you give, the more you receive.
What you contribute expands what you value.
What you value has more value.

Where you focus your attention, you expand your influence.
Your energy increases with your appreciation.
You literally receive more of what you encourage.
With more gratitude, you are happier, healthier and more productive.

“Giving thanks” needs to be your new daily habit.
Walking through life without wonder and delight is boring.
It can be depressing to let all the Good go unnoticed.
See and feel and respond to what is with joy and gratitude.

Notice the energy difference when you begin to notice each good thing.
Where there is no appreciation, there is less and less joy.
Where there is gratitude and delight, there is more and more happiness and fulfillment.
Stop and choose which you prefer!!

Going up with appreciation?
Going down with criticism?
Choose the direction of your emotional elevator.
You can choose the focus of your energy.

Trusting you to choose what you prefer
.
Love works.
