Life Is Our Dream

Affirmations:
I am responsible for my whole life.
I appreciate who I Am and All I have and give.
I value the learning and growth everyday of my life.
Life works for me because I choose consciously.

(On Sabbatical  in HI with grandchildren until July 9)

Is your life a dream or a nightmare?
Are you awake or sleeping?
Do you imagine Goodness or evil?
Are you attracting or avoiding?

Are you aware of how much you create?
Are you awake to the infinite possibilities?
Do you choose consciously what you want?
Are you purposely sleeping through each day?

Life is an equal opportunity provider.
Life gives us what we believe we deserve.
Life shows us the way and waits for us to take advantage.
Life offers miracles of hope and challenging adventures.

When we release our fears and tears, we can see the light.
When we undo the past misfortune, we can create lasting gain.
When we forgive our errors and misperceptions, we can make course corrections.
When we let go of resistance, we learn gain with persistence.

Life is our school in which we learn our self-created “magic”.
We begin to understand, where we spend our time, there goes our mind.
When we remember what we treasure, we have more of what we value.
It takes time to learn the tricks of the mind as we become awake.

When we are more conscious, the truth is more obvious.
When we are more awake and aware, we have more miracles to share.
When we let go of blame and guilt and shame, we have more joy to claim.
Life shares its dreams and visions, when we do more thank-filled living.

BE responsible for learning.
Be responsible for healing.
Be responsible for being awake.
Be response-able to choose again.

With responsibility comes power.
With responsibility comes choice.
With responsibility comes freedom.
With response-ability comes the joy of creation.

And so it is that we discover what was within us all along.
We learn to remember and claim our own happy song.
We are willing to be responsible for our life and the dreams we create.
We easily respond to whatever comes and learn to forgive and update.

Life is but a dream, an illusion, a mirage, a creation of the mind.
Life is a song we sing and share and enjoy with each word and action.
Life is learning how to live and love and give always and only Love.
And with our freedom and trust in being, we begin seeing the Love We Are.

Loving All That Is,

Healing Our Projections => Seeing Only Wholeness

1.  We perceive what we believe.
2.  We believe what we think we are.
3.   If I believe I am my past, then I believe you are your past.
4.   Believing in my past is to see and live it over again in all I see and do and am.
5.   Believing in your past is to remember it and continue to blame you for it.
6.  The more I feel guilty about my past, the more I place blame on you.
7.  All anger is my guilt projected onto others.
8.  To forgive my past is to release it.
9.  To release is to see it no more.
10.As I release my past, I release others from my projected guilt and self-judgment.
11. As I see myself whole, I see wholeness in others.
12 .As I heal my guilt about past mistakes, I heal my fear of the future.
13. To be in the present is to heal (erase) the past.
14. As I live in the present and love myself as I am now, I like you in the present and see you as you are now.
15. In this present moment, there is only Love for ourselves, each other and all that is.

Just Do It!

Affirmations:
Where there is a Will, there is a way.
I know what I really want and I go for it.
Life is for doing what I want to do.
I choose to act on my choices, rather than react with frustration.

What are you waiting for?
Why are you wasting time?
What do you really want to do?
How can you set yourself free?

Many people wish and hope for what they want.
Some make excuses for not acting on their dreams.
Some may try magical means to get their wishes fulfilled.
Some simply wait and wait and wait.

Every desire has an inspiration within it.
Something is wanted with an intended outcome.
Some thing that what they wish for it their desire.
Some believe that the desire itself will fulfill them.

Within every desire, there is an idea or ideal.
With every physical or tangible wish, there is a spiritual desire.
When we seek the worldly goal, we often neglect to see the spiritual experience.
And within the spiritual is the true and lasting outcome we seek.

1)  Vision or imagine what you really want to experience.
2)  Allow yourself to feel what you really desire to experience.
3)  Trust and believe you can have what you seek to experience.
4)  Plan or listen within to what you need to clear to have what you want.
5)  Commit to keep going until you have the experience you seek.
6)  Act or live as though you already are experiencing what you want.
7)  Appreciate and be grateful for what you really want.

Some wish and wait for someone else to provide for them.
Some are afraid and hold back.
Some feel unworthy and hope to find a reward.
Some are comparing what they have with others.

Some are attached.
Some are addicted.
Some are needy.
 Some are greedy.

And some are learning how to create.
Some are learning how to step out of the way.
Some are forgiving past mistakes.
Some are fulfilling their promises to themselves.

Give yourself what you want to experience.
Just do it and discover the experience you want.
You will discover what it is you desire.
You may learn what you really don’t want.

Just do it!
Cheering you on,
Betty Lue

Comparing Responses
There are two primitive, adaptive, instinctive responses when encountering a problem area:  1)  a desire for flight or 2)  a desire to fight. We mostly experience these responses as fear or anger.  Both responses are basically "back-brain" or reactive in nature.  Assertiveness brings the "fore-brain" into play, bringing objectivity and "rationality".

Affirmation:
The more I respect myself, the more I respect others.

The more I respect myself, the more others respect me.

The more I respect myself, the more others respect themselves.

Therefore, I choose to respect myself more.

Are You Bored?

Affirmations:
I am excited and delighted about life.
I am alive, alert and enthusiastic.
Life works for me, because I choose the life I have.
Everything is fun, safe and easy when I allow only love to prevail.

If life is boring, you may be stuck.
If life is boring, you may need a friend.
If life is boring, you may be afraid to live.
If life is boring, you may want to be entertained.

If life is boring, you may be doing the same thing over and over.
If life is boring, you may want only to be comfortable.
If life is boring, you may not be learning and growing.
If life is boring , you may feel trapped in the old ways.

Try something new.
Give yourself opportunities for adventure.
Spend time with children who are free.
Be more independent and think out of the box.

Imagine what you might want to do that is new for you.
Read a new book or magazine.
Explore new ways to use your phone or computer.
Try creating a new friend or new restaurant.

How about learning a new game, solitaire or with others?
How about giving yourself a spa day or new lunch restaurant experience?
How about creating a new recipe that you can share with others?
How about volunteering to work with handicapped or assisting children?

Routine is good for those who are overwhelmed with changes.
Too much routine can be a stuck or boring comfort zone like a cocoon or prison.
Change is good for those who are depressed or lethargic with too much of the same.
Too much change can be chaotic and unsettling, and anxiety provoking.

There is a balance which we can notice within ourselves.
The right balance is what gives us the feeling of being awake and alive.
Abundant living is full of happy giving and interactive sharing and caring.
Life is meant to be enjoyed fully and provide health and happiness.

Remember:
Our natural state is Love.
Our natural state is Joy.
Our natural state is Abundant.
Our natural state is Vitality.

When we are not experiencing our natural state, we have gone off course.
When we are not experiencing a life full of meaning and purpose, we have lost our way.
When we are not experiencing what is good and whole and beautiful, we forgot.
When we do not have inner peace and happiness, we need to forgive and choose again.

Loving us in waking up to choose what is enlivening for us,

Betty Lue

On Vacation

Affirmations:
I love doing what I love everyday.
Life works because I enjoy all of life.
Everyday is a vacation when I choose to see it new again.
I easily release the old ways and choose again what is fun, safe and easy.

Vacations are meant to give us some space and room to be.
Vacations are a time to stop and open our mind.
Vacations allow us to see things differently
Vacations are a chance to pause and reflect.

Those who live in a certain way may use their vacation as a break from routine.
Some use their vacation as more of the same or perhaps just do more.
Some distract themselves from what is their usual focus.
Some create novelty and entertainment on their vacations.

To vacate your thoughts may be a form of meditation.
To vacate your words may be to try a silent retreat or to travel out of the country.
To vacate your behaviors may be a spa, different way of living or eating or relating.
Vacations are literally about choosing what is different than usual.

After many travels and vacation experience, we usually now go to a familiar place.
We really like to have no distraction, and focus on inner travels, into new ideas.
We enjoy meeting new folks in their natural environment.
We love interacting with people in their own home base doing the jobs they enjoy.

Vacation for us is relaxing in a different surroundings with different activities.
Much of vacation is the same routine of early morning practice –spiritually ad physically.
There is time and space to focus on self renewal.
Our preference is to continue doing what is our calling and work/play.

What do you do to vacate your mind?
What do you do to renew your body?
What do you do to inspire you?
These can be your daily vacations.

Consider choosing the simplest way to renew your mind, body and Spirit.
Consider lifting yourself to freedom of experience.
Consider giving yourself an opportunity to see your life new again.
Novelty is always an opportunity to inspire and expand your whole Self.

Every aspect of life is to be see new again.
Every choice you make can come from the free will within you.
Every time we step away from the old, we can see ourselves new again.
When you go on vacation from your life, give yourself permission to do it your way.

Loving my vacations and “playcations” and “workcations.”,
And Loving YOU doing what you Love everyday.

Betty Lue.
