Digesting the Past

Affirmations:
I ingest the best and forgive the rest.
I receive all Good and only Good.
I live and give for Goodness Sake.
I bless my life because everything works together for Good.

Have you learned what you came to learn?
Have you valued the relationships you have?
Have you done what you intended to do?
Have you truly loved, valued and honored YOU?

We cannot really move on until we finish the course.
We cannot complete what we came to do until we are done.
We cannot feel free to leave anything behind until we are complete.
We cannot lay to rest until we have forgiven, release and blessed.

Life is a continuum of experiences and relationships.
All is designed by the Higher Self, Source or Infinite Wisdom.
We have the opportunity to appreciate or denigrate what is given.
We can name and claim, trust and bless, or judge and trash.

When we give ourselves a moment or two to really appreciate, we digest.
When we allow ourselves to set aside our judgments, we see the learning.
When we rearrange our stinking thinking and see the value, we appreciate.
When we undo our fear, we can see clearly what is ours to receive.

We often fail to complete each experience with full appreciation.
We may not really even hear what is shared in the conversation.
We may neglect to treat ourselves with respect and TLC.
And when we ignore the value of others, we miss the Good stuff.

We can digest, when we rest in each moment.
Rest can take a moment in time, simply to breathe.
To rest with Love and respect for what is can be Gold, riches untold.
And when we love life, just as it is, we realize our value.

The past is gone.
Did it bring nourishment and value?
The past is not here.
Did we finish what we started with gratitude and joy?

Each relationship offers reminders.
Are we remembering the learning and healing?
Are we honoring the sacred moments of love?
Are we nurturing more goodness or fearing more failures?

We choose when we receive what is.
We choose how we remember what was.
We choose what we create in what will be.
All is done effortlessly with self responsibility.

Let’s see what we chose and choose now and are looking forward to choosing.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Keys to Health & Vitality

NUTRITION

Ingest the best and forget the rest.  Take into your body, mind and spirit only that which supports, sustains and inspires the BEST in you.

MOVEMENT

Life is flow. To move with the flow is healthy. To resist is stressful. Move with the natural inner movement physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, etc.

BREATH

To breathe in (inhale) fully life energy, Spirit, Prana, inspiration, is to expand our awareness to open to an enlightened mind.  To exhale fully is to truly release what is no longer needed.

TOUCH

Reaching out with Love and respect for each other opens our bodies and beings to trust in the gentleness we all deserve to experience.

THOUGHT

Choose for those thoughts which heal and free you to be unlimited in health and wholeness. Forgive (erase) the beliefs which are limiting or false.

ATTITUDE

Carry with you an attitude of gratitude and love for yourself and others.  Allow yourself to see all things work together for good.

BALANCE

Moderation in all things will bring your life into harmony.  As we give ourselves what is really best for us, the extremes are gently released.

HEALTH

What you perceive in others and the world you strengthen in your Self.  Focus on illness, disease and weakness and you actually weaken yourself.  See only health and wholeness and you move yourself in the direction you are looking.

PURITY

To clear out toxins and purify the system requires a willingness to eliminate toxic thoughts, activities, relationships as well as foods from your system.  Flushing the system clean is aided with water, fresh air, gentle movement and forgiveness.

REST

To rest and relax your mind and body are invaluable to being refreshed and revitalized. Each person has unique methods of relaxation - meditation, music, being in nature, focused simple activity.
