Treat Your Self Well

Affirmations:   These work when you DO THE WORK. See below!
I love myself the way I AM.
I treat myself with the best I know.
I forgive my mistakes quickly and easily.
I let go of unhealthy, unhappy habits of mind and choose again.

When you trust yourself, you trust others.
When you take care of yourself, you take care of others.
When you learn from yourself, you learn from others.
When you forgive yourself, you forgive others.

What you do for you, you will be able and willing to do for others.
If you do not know how to nurture and nourish you, how can you know what is best for another?
If you have not learned to treat yourself well, can you really be clear and consistent with others?
If you doubt and deceive yourself, how you can honestly trust others.

What we see comes from what we know and are within.
What we see and experience is what we believe we will experience.
We are responsible for what we experience, as we have believed they will be.
We are able to respond to what we experience with fear and harm or love and forgiveness.

When we treat ourselves with kindness, we forgive and learn from our mistakes.
When we teach ourselves with patience, we listen to our need to learn better ways.
When we help ourselves with goodness, we respond to our needs with the very best we know.
When we honor ourselves with respect, we trust and appreciate we have done the best we know.

Those who have been blamed, criticized and punished will tend to blame and punish themselves.
Those who have been forgiven and trusted will tend to forgive and trust themselves.
Those who have been questioned and doubted, will tend to question and doubt themselves.
Those who have been appreciated and celebrated will tend to appreciate and celebrate themselves.

Smiling at how we are programmed, imprinted and learn from what we see and hear and feel.
We tend to conform, accommodate and cope with the circumstances in which we live and learn.
We are creatures of habit and unconscious reactions to what we have learned and believe.
We can change at any awakened moment to stop habitual thoughts and behaviors.

Where we get STUCK in old patterns and behaviors is when we judge.
What we judge, hate, avoid or resist, we tend to repeat again and again until we forgive and erase it all.
When we repeat the thoughts, reactions, stories or behaviors with fear, we hold in our minds and bodies.
We release the experience only with conscious forgiveness, (/delete, erase, release, undo, let go!)

Time to spring into a new relationship with yourself.
Time to quit complaining and draining your energy and enthusiasm.
Time to love the one you are with…..YOU.
Time to remember this is your life and your time to make you happy!

Release old unforgiving habits of seriousness, hurtful and difficult thoughts, words and behaviors.
Time to practice new forgiving and accepting habits of fun, safe and easy thoughts, words and behaviors.
Life is too precious to waste it.

How to Use Affirmations:
Affirmations are used to clear unconscious programming that tends to guide our thoughts, feelings and behavior.
Writing, speaking and hearing us say the affirmation aloud clears the false beliefs through our sense of sight, sound and touch.
It is essential that we keep writing and saying the affirmations until there is no longer resistance to the limiting beliefs.
Affirmations are not to be used to develop a new belief, but only useful to clear false limiting programs.
Once there is quiet, clarity and no resistance, we are complete.

My favorite way to do affirmations is to divide the lined page down the middle
.
The affirmation is written on the left side and your mind chatter or contradictory thought is written on the right side. Then cross off the negative.
Continue writing the affirmation 20 times and listen for the resistant thought after each one. 20 times daily for 14 days or until there is no resistance.
They will always feel like a lie in the beginning and you may find great resistance to doing them!!
Things may change dramatically, so be prepared to notice big difference.
Life works when we are willing to do the work.
